Very nice house with easy access to many local restaurants and activities. Locales close to downtown for easy access to downtown events. The house is as described except the 3rd bedroom is technically in open area adjacent to the livingroom and not a seperate bedroom.

Sarah was very helpful, friendly and good at giving instructions which helped to make everything easier for us. The house was very clean and organized and so was the yard. Very neat having the little pond in between the house and the lake there was so much wildlife there. It was so neat to watch from the house. I love that this place was pet friendly and we didn’t have to leave our dog at home. He was able to come with us and enjoy everything too. I will be recommending this place to friends and family. And I’m even interested in renting it again in the future. It’s a very lovely place to stay.

Exactly as advertised. Access and entry were a breeze. House was clean and comfortable from the minute you walk in. Exactly what was needed after a long day of travel. Great location to access anything in EC and the surrounding neighborhood is very quite and peaceful.

Beautiful neighborhood, close to the UW-Eau Claire campus and downtown. The home had so much character! We felt right at home and the wide variety of games were put to good use as we relaxed and enjoyed our time together. We truly appreciated being able to spread out and have the entire home, yard and fun garage bar to ourselves.

Our family wanted a peaceful getaway where we can bond and relax. We also had our German Shepherd dog and we all had a great time. The place is very comfortable clean and so cozy. There was so much space that we could’ve brought more family members. I love that it all of the windows had a perfect view of the lake. The host thought of everything from extra linen to all of our baking and cooking needs to seating out near the lake. We totally enjoyed the vanilla caramel tea. She was also very responsive to messages and questions that I had. And the welcome basket with cookies and candy was such a nice touch. I highly recommend this place if you plan on getting away with family and friends!

This is a quintessential getaway if you’re looking to romanticize your life just a little bit and enjoy an experience. I loved being able to drink tea in this Victorian house while being able to read one of my Victorian books. My family enjoyed the spacious rooms. We were not on top of each other. Everybody got their own space. It was very lovely.

Loved this place so much!! Coty was amazing to work with and the house was just beautiful. We had the best time and I loved the charm and character of the house as well as all the room too!! Would definitely come back here again!!!

Very spacious property perfect for our reunion. There was a big backyard for all the children to run around and a nice courtyard for the adults to relax and reconnect. We had a great time.

Nice stay in Eau Claire to celebrate an early Easter with my kids. Home had everything we needed for our stay and was exactly as described. Loved having a fully stocked kitchen to allow for holiday cooking as well as a dishwasher for easy clean-up. My adult children loved the hot tub on the back patio. Good location to shopping. I would stay again.

Signe and her husband were extremely friendly and responsive. They live on the second story of the home with their own private entry in the back, so they were readily available. The place was spacious enough for my husband and me and was clean and comfortable. It was dog friendly, which we appreciated. The home.has the feel of a cabin in town. The rooms were a little dark for me - but I have cataracts and will be having surgery soon, so that played into the lighting seeming dark. But the ambience is great. The price was exceptional for the accommodations. There is no oven or range, but the hosts made up for that with a hot plate, microwave, and even a crockpot. The place has every type of cleaning supply and lots of toiletries, which is nice. The hosts clearly put in every effort to make their place visitor friendly.
