Molly was an amazing host! Any issue I had she responded right away. I felt right at home at the Little Petite Palace. I stayed for around 4 months and felt right at home. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a lot to do in the surrounding area! I 100% recommend staying here!

We were looking for a comfy place to rest our heads while visiting Detroit. It was in a safe neighborhood, and it was obvious that TJ is very passionate about his Air b and b tenants. He followed up after check in, and went above and beyond to make our couple day stay very pleasant! His house is spotless, and we felt right at home immediately.

The house was beautiful and spacious. I can’t believe it’s 100 years old. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space for my family. The water pressure in the kitchen is low but everything else was perfect. I would definitely stay again!
