Condo vacation rentals in Eastern Visayas

I had an outstanding experience staying at this condo. The unit was impeccably clean, and equipped with all the essentials for a perfect stay. It was like staying in a HOTEL but with more amenities. The sea view from the balcony was stunning. MACTAN NEWTOWN was an ideal location—close to restaurants and beach. Neighborhood was nice, you can go for a walk and felt very safe. Aside from the pool in the condo, there is a newly opened pool by Mactan Newtown BEACH. I Highly recommend this place, very ideal for staycation, relaxation and fun!!!

One of the best stays in Mactan! The unit's clean and the interior is chef's kiss! Loved the furniture and fixtures--especially the comfortable lounge chair! Plus the pillows and linens are amazing! Felt like checking in a 5-star hotel! Staying here gives you access to heaps of amenities: swimming pools (one with a bar), playroom, fitness center, restaurants, etc. The staff: friendly, accommodating, and professional--from the porters, lifeguards, and gardeners to the front office, and managers! Juren was also very responsive so communicating was never a problem. He made sure to have everything ready for us: sent all the needed info, including recommendations for food, attractions, and activities. We really appreciate it. Our overall stay was fantastic! Would definitely come back as well as recommend to others! Do yourself a huge favor and book this listing. It's worth every penny spent and will not disappoint!

Highly recommended! The unit is spacious. Clean and smells really good. The unit is what it is describe and what is on the photos. Plus points pa ang self check-in specially for us na introverts! Hehe. Complete with basic kitchen needs. With bathtub din at ang ganda ng view from the window (pool view). Super friendly and accomodating din nila Ms. Imee. Hindi ko na rin kinailangan mag message sa kanila durinf our stay kasi the unit is complete and again, it really matches what's on the deacription. Super cold din AC and unli swimming (so long na kaunti ang tao sa pool). Walking distance lang din sa Newtown Mactan Beach kaya sulit na sulit ang stay namin. Plus, and daming establishment nearbg. Lastly, SOBRANG BABAIT ng tao sa 8 Newtown specially mga guards! I will surely comeback once bumalik kasi sa Cebu ulit. Thank you again, Ms. Imee!

Overall, it's been a great stay in Guillaume's place. The highlight of the stay is sitting at the balcony watching the lovely, spectacular sunsets every night. The best part of the unit is the kitchen, which is fully equipped and you have the option of cooking anything of your fancy. There is also the resort's restaurant to go to a few steps away from the condo building if you don't want to cook and have some decent good meals. You can also have the option to call and order food from the restaurant and have your food delivered to the condo. I would also like to mention that the king size bed is very comfortable and we had some good night sleeps. We also enjoyed the nice pools and the nice white sand beach. The resort is truly a 5 star with all the nice facilities you can possibly need. Last but not the least, the staff of the resort are all so friendly, helpful, hospitable and at the same time very professional.

Lilanie was an outstanding host! She was extremely communicative and promptly answered all of my inquiries. The condo was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a great aesthetic that made our stay even more enjoyable. Karl, who was always on time and incredibly accommodating, made sure everything went smoothly. Our stay was absolutely perfect – 11/10! My friends and I are so happy we gathered here and had such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

As a couple, we couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay at this amazing Airbnb! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the balcony view is absolutely stunning – we loved spending time there, soaking in the beautiful scenery. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for us. The pictures in the listing were spot-on – everything looked just as advertised, if not better! The property was cozy, clean, and comfortable. We also had excellent communication with the host, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. The area was so convenient, with shops and all essentials within easy reach. It made our stay even more enjoyable knowing we had everything we needed just around the corner. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway near the beach!

John's place was extremely clean and quiet. I'm a big fan of less noisy neighborhoods, so we absolutely loved the place.

The building amenities are great. The kids had fun in the beach and the pool. Lots of coffee shops and restos nearby. Worth every buck.

The Host and the team has been very approachable and proactive. I’ve been wanting to book the place because of the pool and the overlooking sunset. It’s a wonderful place to relax and spend time with your family! Though, there were issues came up but we managed to clear things out. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for hosting us! 🥰🫶🏻

Mylene is a great host and keeps in touch as ofteh as possible. Place is tidy and sparkling. Nothing is too much trouble. Building staff are helpful and easy to approach. Definitely a place to relax. It is near Shopwise, the beach and other places to dine.

The place was gold , nice view , clean ,and everything was very reachable. Everything was in working condition, price quality very good . The owner picked us up at the airport and showed us the neighborhood before we went to the appartement. It was easy to get in contact with him , he gave us a lot of information about what you can do and where the places are to go . He was super friendly and so easy to talk with . The best and pro active owner ever , super. No problem to go again there , super satisfied .

With short notice Glo was so easy to deal with and organized our check-in through the front desk. We arrived early which was no problem for Glo showing even more flexibility than expected. The place was beautiful and had all amenities that made our stay easy. The kitchen was awesome and well stocked with pots pans and utensils so we were able to walk to local supermarket and buy groceries to cook which was great. The shower was nice a hot with good pressure which is very hard to find anywhere in Cebu. My wife and i had just returned from honeymoon and we could not have had an easier time before flying out from Cebu. I would definitely recommend Glo to anyone who wanting to stay in Mactan. Great location, great facilities, modern apartment, Great service and easy to deal with. Thank you Glo we would love to stay with you again.

Richemae was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The apartment worked well for 2 adults and two small children. It was close to great amenities at the resort and spa. We will stay again if we go back to the area.

Both the host, Kristina Marie, and the co-host, Maria, are really accomodating and quick to respond to requests. The apartment is very clean and has all the ammenities one can expect. The area outside feels safe and is well maintained. As a guest of the apartment complex you are also allowed to freely visit Mactan Newtown Beach. Just make sure you get a card from the lobby that you can show to the guard at the entrance of the beach. Another positive is the location. Gyms, supermarkets, laundry places and restaurants ranging from fast food chains to fine dining at Shangri-la for example are all within either walking distance or a short taxi ride away from the apartment. In summary: I can highly recommend staying here. The attentive host, the quality of the apartment and the good location will ensure you get great value for your money.
