Just gotta share about my stay at Thomas' place on Airbnb – it was sick! The vibes in the apartment are super cool. Thomas, the dude in charge, is legit. He hooked it up with a spotless place. I felt like I walked into the ultimate chill zone. Kitchen game was strong – had all the gear. Major plus for a hungry traveler like me. Plus, the bed? Like sleeping on a cloud, man. Location was prime too – close to everything I wanted to hit up. Easy peasy. Overall, big shoutout to Thomas. His spot made my trip way better. Next time I’m around, I’m definitely crashing there again. Highly recommend it! 🤘

The place was great! It was spotless. The check-in was contactless, no more waiting at the lobby for the key turn-over, which is great! Minimal contact was needed from the owner since all instructions were already provided on the email notification. I would recommend this place and would definitely be back soon!

Ruby was so kind and attentive, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed for a perfect stay. The unit itself is stunning—elegantly designed with a modern, minimalist interior that feels both cozy and luxurious. The space is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the lush gardens and resort pools was a highlight every single day. Tambuli is a true slice of paradise, with pristine pools, a private beach, and tranquil surroundings that offer the perfect escape. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Mactan, Cebu City! The location is perfect, close to everything I needed, and the unit itself was spacious, clean, and tidy, offering a comfortable and relaxing space. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, always quick to address any questions or requests. I truly appreciated their hospitality, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, and I’ll definitely come back to this unit the next time I’m in Cebu!

Excellent host, great service, perfect place for family gathering with well maintained landscape, open area concept, air conditioned rooms, modern kitchen, clean and spacious bathrooms, close to town center and can accommodate lots of guests. Will definitely be coming back.

Miguel’s place has an amazing view (especially for sunrise) and is great for big groups! Rooms and living spaces are cozy and comfortable with strong air conditioning, restrooms are designed to have separate showers (good water pressure, hot water, and soaps provided) toilets and sinks, while the master bathroom has a bidet. There were many facilities on-site such as volleyball, basketball, swimming pool with jaccuzi, pool table etc, but they could be better maintained (ie air pump for the balls). There’s also the option to rent their kayak / standup paddle board for an additional fee. Communication with Miguel was spotty at the start, but much better via text. Clear instructions on the road closure and alternative route provided. However, Grab was still a bit of an issue. The 1st floor toilet couldn’t flush well. There were lots of mosquitos, but it helped that they provided mosquito coils upon request, the OFF mosquito repellent didn’t work for us.

Anza was the ideal place for our group event. The ambience of an old Spanish villa was nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well suited for our needs and sleeping arrangement was conducive to our all ladies' group. The house is older and more dated. The pool is wonderful. There is really not a beachfront area to enjoy. The best part of the stay was the able and helpful staff who assisted us in anything we needed. They were really nice and worked hard to ensure a smooth and wonderful stay for all of us. Thank you so much!

One of the best stays in Mactan! The unit's clean and the interior is chef's kiss! Loved the furniture and fixtures--especially the comfortable lounge chair! Plus the pillows and linens are amazing! Felt like checking in a 5-star hotel! Staying here gives you access to heaps of amenities: swimming pools (one with a bar), playroom, fitness center, restaurants, etc. The staff: friendly, accommodating, and professional--from the porters, lifeguards, and gardeners to the front office, and managers! Juren was also very responsive so communicating was never a problem. He made sure to have everything ready for us: sent all the needed info, including recommendations for food, attractions, and activities. We really appreciate it. Our overall stay was fantastic! Would definitely come back as well as recommend to others! Do yourself a huge favor and book this listing. It's worth every penny spent and will not disappoint!

At first, I was thinking about it because there were no reviews. I'm so satisfied when I try it!! I used the accommodation in other places in the same building. Jonas's place was clean and I was very satisfied with the price I stayed with a friend and they said the place was so nice!! There are plenty of pots, tableware, and spoons and chopsticks, so you don't have to prepare them. I visited with my children, and I had a comfortable stay thanks to your consideration. I'll visit again the next time I go to Cebu. If you're thinking about the lack of reviews, don't worry. I don't think you'll regret choosing an accommodation here ^ ^ I recommend it!!!

John's place is what I always wanted for - peaceful, private yet full of amenities. It's just a couple of minutes from the airport and is very easy to find. Whenever I wanted to recharge, I always stay at his place. The property manager, Mike, is as always very friendly and helpful with my requests. I'll be back for sure.

I stayed here for a month whilst working remotely. The room is perfect, with a great view and fast WiFi. The tambuli resort was amazing! Beautiful grounds and facilities. Angelo and Shelia were very accommodating hosts. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay at La Mirada was PERFECT. It was quiet, cozy, clean and definitely felt like home. Our only regret was leaving! The views were amazing from all the windows in the unit. We got watch parasailing, jet skiers, a beautiful rainbow, and even the fireworks perfectly that were on display at the hotel Shangri La. It was a very comfortable unit with a nice big TV and sectional couch to cuddle up with my fiancée and binge watch our favorite movies on rainy days. Special thank you to Thomas. He lives in the building and is at your service.. We texted him directly and is an amazing host. Our last day I let him know I was checking out, and he mentioned he was on his way to the airport at that time. He asked if we needed a ride there since he was already going that way.. WOW! Now that’s 10 stars ⭐️ in my book. Thank you so much Thomas!! We will most definitely be back.

Both the host, Kristina Marie, and the co-host, Maria, are really accomodating and quick to respond to requests. The apartment is very clean and has all the ammenities one can expect. The area outside feels safe and is well maintained. As a guest of the apartment complex you are also allowed to freely visit Mactan Newtown Beach. Just make sure you get a card from the lobby that you can show to the guard at the entrance of the beach. Another positive is the location. Gyms, supermarkets, laundry places and restaurants ranging from fast food chains to fine dining at Shangri-la for example are all within either walking distance or a short taxi ride away from the apartment. In summary: I can highly recommend staying here. The attentive host, the quality of the apartment and the good location will ensure you get great value for your money.
