We spent a month and a half at Krittiya's place. We had no issues with the listing. It is very bright and suitable for our stay. We were aware of the location of the Evergreen Tower. It was convenient for us as much as my friend worked nearby. The Seven Eleven is 50m away and the small local market are very convenient. Even if the facilities are not new, everything is functional as well as the pool… very nice when it's so hot. Thanks so much, I'll be back no problem

The place looked as in the photos and very quite.. 10 min walk from the busy part of the town. Renata was very quick to answer all my queries and very helpful. I will definitely recommend the place.

We had a great stay! The check-in process was seamless, even though we arrived at 3 a.m. The apartment offers stunning views of the sea through its massive floor-to-ceiling windows, including a striking glass corner. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the apartment itself is spacious, spotlessly clean, and has plenty of surfaces for use. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and Terese provided an excellent recommendation book, which was very helpful. The swimming pool was a bit cold for us, but we noticed other residents, including children, enjoying it. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the sea. While the area doesn’t have a huge variety of restaurants, there’s enough to keep you satisfied. It’s also easy to get to Jomtien Beach, with taxi rides costing just 100-150 THB. For those working remotely, the internet speed was excellent—80 Mbps for downloads and 20 Mbps for uploads—and the large table was ideal for work Highly recommend

Looks exactly like the photo on higher level overlooking pool on the balcony, very clean and bright with natural light. Sue was helpful, easy communication and responsive.

Great value for money. The building and apartments both look very modern and clean. Didn't see any bug in there, even not an ant. The mattress and the pillows are also very clean. They look very new. The gym is well equipped for a non-commercial gym, and there is also a commercial gym 5 minutes walk away. When you get out of the building there are many stores and restaurants. The staff that work in the building are very nice and helpful. The washing machine is also a dryer which saves a lot of time. Right in front of the building, there is a good hospital which, unfortunately, I had to use its service. The internet is always very fast. The cons are that during the first few days, the host wasn't responsive and it is impossible to lock the door of the balcony. Besides that the experience there was perfect and I definitely might come back in the future.

The apartment had everything you need. The internet was great. The pool area was great and the swimming went well. The apartment is located in the best location in the center of Pattaya. You have everything close by. Nearby restaurants have great food on offer. Stage taxis allow you to get around nearby. The host is very friendly and can help if you need anything. This is where I'll be again! I also recommend this place for a long stay!

We really enjoyed the place. Absolutely stunning views from the kitchen, super decor, and great style. We felt at home in this little gem of a holiday apartment right away. The quality was really high, the bed good, everything was playing. Would definitely recommend others to stay at The Edge 👌

Nice place and good communication

Great place to stay with a really peaceful view outside the balcony. Comes with everything you’ll need for a long stay which I did and there wasn’t any problems. Very peaceful area and in short walking distance to a nice small market which i recommend and the Bangkok train system is right next to it.

Stayed here 2-3 times already. Great for bringing family + playing golf. All great with the place. However, for this round, there were a lot of people at the hotel side, and finally no housemaid/cleaner came to clean our room.

The villa is so good I enjoyed a lot

Anna was a wonderful host! her place was great! a little far from everything but if you want to do a staycation a d order food for delivery, it is perfect. we had little ones and she was very accommodating to their needs as well. we would stay here again!

Casa Seaside Rayong is a great place to call home base. Mal was a fantastic host and even helped me book a driver to get back into Bangkok. Highly recommended.

Very, very genuinely recommend!The host and staff are both super friendly! Very good service was provided from arrival in Bangkok until departure to meet the host. The space itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. There is also a common swimming pool, fitness and meeting room. The host recommended us attractions and nice food nearby, also a nice and good massage shop. The location is not in city center but you could call Grab, Bolt or rent a car. Everything was perfect. We will miss the villa very much. We definitely want to come again. Thank you for the great time!
