Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Eastern Thailand

This place is amazing for couples or those traveling with children. My two son 8-12 had a great time swimming. The house is immaculate! Very spacious, AC works great! WiFi was powerful for the whole house, laundry machine worked great and the house had all the amenities a family would need! Would def rebook this when we come back to pattaya! Only a little noise if it gets windy (from the doors) but it was not an issue for us. We really enjoyed our stay here. We also cooked and make food and the kitchen was a pleasure to have!

I spent a couple of days at Marco’s place when I arrived on Koh Chang. I booked at short notice but he did everything to make sure that I could arrive and settle with minimum hassle. It’s quiet and clean with a nice pool and a few minutes from a beach bar. It’s not in the centre of the nightlife but you can get there in 5 mins with transport. The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked so I could get a good nights rest and ultimately that is what counts for me.

Property looks as beautiful in person as it did online. We were greeted with fresh fruit upon check in. Well equipped villa with very nice pool. Hopefully will stay again someday. Marco was a great host.

The house itself is beautiful! Cute little yard, but the grass grows fast. The house is very well kept for the most part with updated kitchen appliances. Some new pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are needed, but the basics are available to cook. The outlets in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. The beds are very comfortable. There is a bbq grill available to use, and somehow, there was wifi available from another house I assume. If you are interested in going to the gym, be sure to ask for a key card. The communication from Gulya and her assistant could use improvement, but eventually the messages got answered. This house is slightly overpriced considering there isn’t much around, but I would definitely book this place again if I needed to.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, always available to answer any questions I had. The property met all my expectations and was exactly as described in the listing. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future.

The place is incredible. Building has all the amenities. The apartment is the best quality of everything. Viktor is a true gentleman and great host. Our stay was the best. No better place to stay in Pattaya. We will come back next year 100%
