Very nice place. Probably the most well equipped airbnb I have stayed in. All the things you need + many thoughtful touches. Facilities at Edge (pool and gym) are excellent. And location cannot be beat.

I would like to say that Bualai's condo was awesome. I had a very relaxed stay. The place was extremely clean. Very spacious, the furniture was in really good condition, and I was surprised she even had an air fryer in the condo if I wanted to cook. I loved the view and the balcony that over saw the pool area. The condo also had two large TV's which was a huge plus for me. The one part that made the check in and out process of Bualai's place cool, Bualai met me both times. She walked through the condo with me, conversated with me, and ensured everything was good to go. Then before I checked out, she came back and asked about my stay and wished me safe travel back home which was the first time a host has done for me. She is awesome, funny, and very delightful. I highly recommend Bualai's place.

Great quiet room near many amenities. Plenty of things to see and do within walking distance. Jonathan was a great host and helped me book taxi’s for airport transfers. Always responsive and helpful!

Pairine's place is beautiful and I think anyone who books this place will be happy. You need to get a motorbike or some type of transportation to get around or you will be stuck in this little community. One last thing get ready to sleep on a brick hard mattress. The mattress is brutal and made for many nights of uncomfortable sleep. The pool was deserted and a bungie cord attached to the door kind of an abandoned area I only went up there once. Other than that it's a great place to stay. Great sunsets from the balcony.

I definitely will book with Jason again. He has a great unit close to everything. It is a fairly new refurbed unit, which tasteful furnishings. The added safety, non-slip tiles were a standout throughout the unit. Don’t often get these in Thailand that i have had in a unit. He was very helpful with arrival and departure. And contacted me to make sure i was settled in :) Again; I would not hesitate to recommend him and his unit, and will definitely book again on my return :)

Great place to stay with all the amenities you need. Great with pool access. The host fixed a taxi and moped for us so everything was in place when we arrived. Nice check-in. High quality of the apartment and good wifi. What's different from the listing is the location. The area of Mantra where the apartment is located is 1 km above the address, which is to the place you check in. You need a moped to get around Laem mae Phim so for our part it didn't matter that it wasn't at the beach. Can really recommend the place!!

We felt very comfortable here. Great view from the terrace. Due to the elevated location, there is almost always a breeze here. The apartment has windows with fly screens on all four sides, together with the wind we could sleep without air conditioning. Very nice landlords. We will be back!

Great location and clean condo

Aishah’S place really felt like somewhere that a lot of time could be spent despite only staying for one night. The place was Very comfortable, has everything needed to feel like home and Aishah was really responsive and helpful. Would definitely return!

I had a great stay, places is a little dated and in need of remodel. But it’s very big and cozy and I had a wonderful time here. Especially for the price it was well worth it, I extended my stay and the host was very accommodating. 5 stars

Great Value for this Airbnb. It had all the amenities I needed, full kitchen, washer, gym, swimming pool, and sauna with security guards around the complex. A lot of stores near by which is very convenient. Nan was an awesome super host. He is very responsive on all my questions and gave clear instructions for check-in/out. Thank you so much Nan!

The Edge was a great place to stay. It was clean throughout, offered the amenities described, and the hosts were responsive and helpful.

very spacious , quiet area , not far from central and beach. great host, very private accommodation. host is very prompt and friendly .

I’ve stayed in a few units at the edge and this was the best so far. The apartment was perfect and the only thing that can be annoying is how busy the elevators can get at peak times

Nivit was the best!! He provide us with free shuttle to and from his place to airport. Our flight was rescheduled but he incredibly great and give us place. The room was spacious on the top of the building i feel like in penthouse. it's way beyond my expectations. Definitely will go back to Nivit's place

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Pattaya. It's very centrally located and easy to find. The building has great security, which made me feel safe throughout my stay. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable – I felt right at home. One of the highlights was enjoying my morning coffee while looking out over the sea – the view is truly amazing! Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. I can definitely recommend this place and would love to come back. Thanks!
