Everything was perfect from start to finish. The negotiations with Monize are clear, objective and fast. Great and fast service at the building's lobby. Building with beautiful landscaping. For those who like to use leisure area, this building is complete. I saw two large pools, one of them if not semi-Olympic is almost. The parking lot is a great agent locks the car and carries the key. The apartment is cozy. Kitchen with practical utensils and everything to hand. Room with very relaxing sofa. The view from the room has a beautiful skyline to appreciate. Practical service area, good washing machine, good window opening to quickly dry clothes. Quiet place, you can walk to the Anália Franco mall in Carrefour and walk to the immense park of CERET.

Super quiet stay, the flat very faithful to the ad and super-equipped for stadia. Laiza receptiva, responds quickly and pays all attention.

The stay couldn't be better. The apartment is very close to the metro, and we did not have any problems to stroll through SP. The room was cleaned well, and zero problems with neighbors.
