We feel at home and we were nicely surprised with the careful decoration in every corner as well as how warmth is the environment, everything works well and it’s prepared to live at you do in your own place.

Perfect little cottage, very well presented and equipped, nice and cosy and ideal for a few days in Arundel.

Lots of free parking in the vicinity. Handy for a no frills stay.

Had a gorgeous stay in this lovely home just after Christmas. Rosie’s home has great space, with lots of room for large families with young children. It’s right on the coast with walks and parks nearby. Rosie helpfully left lots of recommendations for places to get food and things to do. What made this stay exceptional however was all the thoughtful touches Rosie had put in place like keeping the rooms festive over the Christmas period, a little welcome box of essentials and toys/books/activities that my daughter could use. We had a really brilliant time and would highly recommended this place as a little bolthole for a few days.

Well equipped, extremely comfortable with lots of room including two living rooms so people could do their own thing. Good position, corner shop nearby but walking distance to city centre and to also to major supermarkets. Car parking space for 3 cars was useful. Highly recommended.

We spent a few days leading up to the New Year cerebrating my husband’s illy birthday and used Chichester as a location all of the family could get to easily as the train station is a few minutes walk away. From the very start Amanda & Dominic were amazing hosts and gave us great instructions on how to get in to the property and answered all of my pre-visit questions very quickly. We loved our stay in their home that literally wrapped itself around us the moment we entered, we all said we felt so comfortable there and the log fire was just so inviting and cosy. Amanda & Dominic were such lovely people that we had the pleasure of meeting . We would definitely stay again and recommend their home without hesitation.

Fantastic location especially for walking the dogs, there was a very local park area and beaches very near. Enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs and amazing sunny spot. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely come and stay again :) thank you

We enjoyed a gorgeous three days in Bosham, staying in Mandy's beautiful house. We love Bosham, and particularly appreciated the location and layout of Mandy's creatively converted Chapel. It's right in the heart of the village, in sight of the sea front, with a peaceful patio out back that overlooks the stream. Mandy's home is a lovely mixture of pleasing to the eye, and comfortable, and we enjoyed curling up on the big, comfy sofa after walking in the Sussex countryside, and playing cards at the large family table. We ate very nice pub meals out out at the Anchor Bleu (a five minute walk away) and the Crown & Anchor in Dell Quay (ten minutes by car). Mandy's instructions were clear and helpful, and her very generous welcome hamper was particularly appreciated. Thank you Mandy for a very enjoyable three nights.

We have just returned from the most amazing trip, Ian could not have been more helpful from start to finish. from booking the ferry, directions, helpful suggestions for days out, the list is endless. travelling solo with two young children was made so much less stressful and I am so very grateful. We explored so much of the island, but equally had a beautiful space to rest and relax as well. The caravan has everything you could possibly need and the terrace surrounding it is an added bonus as the kids could play out safely and I could read a few pages of my book in peace. Thank you for everything Ian, we can't wait to come back and stay again next year 😊

The mobile home had everything you needed for a short stay. It was very clean, the decor was nice and well-equipped. The location was well maintained but quiet, within reach of the beach and shops.

Just had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 3 young children. It was a cosy and homely base for our exploring, and we thought the added extras of tea/coffee/biscuits were lovely. We hope to return in future :) thank you!

Had a lovely stay with family. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property and surrounds. The living area was inviting and convivial with a cosy log fire. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive, going out of her way to accommodate and make our stay memorable. Definitely recommend.

Super stay at Nathan’s caravan. Everything was clean and in working order on arrival and the location of the caravan park was superb. Very close to everything and in a prime spot. Quiet and peaceful at night. Already thinking about our return visit. Thanks for having us!

Wow what a gem. Such a lovely cosy home from home. We spent 5 nights at this beautiful place over Christmas visiting our daughter and her family. Wendy was so friendly and helpful and communicated well with all our questions. Bed was so comfortable and managed to get some much needed extra sleep. Kitchen well equipped, sofa and chairs super comfy. Loved the colour coordination and the extra touches. Nice Christmas chocolates and milk tea coffee sugar etc. Really nice walk on the Red Squirrel Trail straight from the doorstep. We will definitely return and highly highly recommend. What can I say words are not enough to say how amazing Lucy was. The best host couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay so wonderful. The job I do I needed some where like a home from home and the place was way over our expectations. From the pool to the sauna to the entertainment that was inside the property. Had the most fantastic stay and the pooch loved every minute. I can’t thank Lucy enough went in as a host and gained a friend. Enjoy the bubbles you earned them.

Sue and Paul were amazing hosts. They were very responsive, amazingly kind, and super helpful. The surrounding areas of the BnB are really isolated with no light pollution. This gave us the best experience of star-gazing. The accommodation had everything one expects from an BnB and more. The heated swimming pool was really amazing along with the fishes in the pond and the garden. The accommodation is the ideal weekend getaway for anyone- kids or adults.

Lovely stay at Tori's place. It was warm, lovely touches included and perfect for the Queen Elizabeth II parkrun and Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. All in weekend!

Beautiful chalet with beach on doorstep. Surrounded countryside and an animal sanctuary 15min walk away. Chalet is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a few days stay. Yes it was cold and the weather was not great but that didn’t put a damper on our stay. Sally-Anne was a wonderful host, making allowances for us to stay on an extra night and even keeping in touch after a storm. Would be a lovely place to stay in the warmer summer months, definitely recommend and would love to come back in the future

We had a fantastic week at Caroline's house. The sun shone for us all week which meant we could make the most of the fabulous location just minutes from the beach. The house has everything we needed and there was plenty of room to dry swimming things and wetsuits outside. The attic room did get very hot but other than that the house was great for kids, parents and grandparents.

Lovely homely cottage with some thoughtful touches such as hand-cream and pump soaps and the torches as it was dark at night. Dog friendly providing a space for them to sleep and a garden for them to play in. Very comfortable bed and sweet courtyard off the bedroom for eating breakfast in the sunshine. Excellent electronic guide and all information very useful. Comfortable and homely lounge, en-suite and another bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Great for two people and would highly recommend. Very close to beach and village all walkable. A great airbnb!

This is our second Christmas here and was simply perfect. The place is impeccably decorated, convenient, with everything you could need - even a Christmas tree. David is the perfect host.

Peaceful location, annexe equipped with all necessary amenities, great place to stay and lovely location . Slept well , owners very friendly and responsive.

As always, fantastic break with Gordon. His caravans are the only place we ever stay in southsea/Portsmouth area, you cant get a better host.
