Vacation rentals with a patio in East Point

I was looking for a place close to my workplace to stay for just under a month. I wasn’t looking for luxury, just a comfortable spot to sleep. And for that, it did the job just fine.

Ricky was very responsive for communication. place was as described, nice little weekend getaway near Atlanta!

This was my second time at Becky and Paul’s Grant Park Sanctuary, and every aspect of the stay was 5-star. The property is a gorgeous and well-equipped space, very clean, and with all the amenities. But what is most impressive is the kindness and hospitality of Becky and Paul—from a nice handwritten welcome note to Paul running out on a cold and early morning to say hello and thank me for staying. I highly recommend staying at Becky and Paul’s.

This place is so amazing!! Very great host and super nice about everything! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! If you have any concerns or anything the host responds so quick and will help you with anything you need! They helped us out soo much on our first trip to Atlanta and we are so grateful for that ❤️

Cabbagetown is a unique part of Atlanta and would always recommend this area to stay. The place is perfect for a couple. Has everything you need! But truthfully, this is an area that you want to explore and we spent more time outside than inside! Place is extra secure-three locks to get inside. Concrete stairs to get to unit are a little wonky but well lit at night and easily navigated by this over 65 yr couple!

Beautiful place to stay in Atlanta. The view was great and Ricardo was very helpful with anything that I needed.

Clean and modern stay. Sparsely decorated, but has the basics you’ll need. Location is pretty good with best access to Battery and north ATL area. Recommended for 1-2 people

Anna & Angel both were exceptionally great! I had a wonderful stay! They met all of our needs and requests. Anytime I reached out I was met with a quick response! I highly recommend to book this unit! The place was clean & absolutely beautiful! Thanks guys until next time!

We had some reservations because we switched to your place after our initial place did not fit the description. 20/10! This property was phenomenal! It was squeaky clean and smelled great. Beds were comfortable and linens were spotless. Very spacious and ideal for a group gathering. The host thought of every little detail. On day 1 my family said they would definitely come back. I will mention that the driveway is quite steep, but that would not stop us from returning. Close to everything, without being in the middle of the busy city. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. If you’re visiting Atlanta, ABSOLUTELY BOOK THIS PROPERTY!! You won’t regret it.

Second time staying here

Excellent stay! Beautiful, clean, peaceful, and spacious!

Very nostalgic made me feel like I was at my grandma’s place in New York but with Atl vibes. The retro chic aesthetics is very homey but still clean loved the location so much I’m obsessed with the views

We loved staying here just down the street from Ponce City Market. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and the neighbors were quiet. The apartment was very clean and came stocked with some basic necessities (bottled water, coffee, toiletries). Overall a great spot to spend a few days in the heart of Atlanta!

Jaeda’s place was perfect we were able to walk to our venue and everything was as it was listed!

Everything was just as expected. it was very convenient for us being close to Shepherd center and Piedmont hospital. Thanks for hosting us.

What a wonderful, clean, cozy, homey, safe space for my husband and I to spend a week in. From a well stocked kitchen that we cooked in, to the comfy bed and couch, and the lovely amenities like the massage chair and access to the gym, this space was perfect for an extended stay! The hosts were very communicative and flexible. I highly recommend and if in town again wouldn’t hesitate to stay here!

The place was nice and very clean. I really needed some rest and the place overall was very quiet. The host responded ib a timely manner to answer an. questions i had. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in ATL.

My family stayed in this home for a weekend trip with our two little children and it was such a wonderful stay. The home was clean and comfortable. The location being so close to the beltline is incredible. We could go explore and then come back easily when we needed to. Check in and out was simple and easy. We would stay here again next time we’re back!
