Very cute spot! Perfect for a little family. Responsive and kind host. Very clean and includes some things for the kids like books and games. Will likely come back!

Daniel’s place was perfect! Just enough space for our family of 3. The backyard with the pool was the most perfect private oasis. Daniel was super communicative and always friendly! Highly recommend; from now on whenever we’re in LA Daniel’s place will be our preferred place to stay!

It was my second time staying here, so obviously I loved it. The backyard is unreal!

This is a great place. We were visiting family and this housed Me, My husband, 2 sons, daughter in law and gran son - total 5 adults and a toddler. The space was great for each person. It was fully stocked including toddler seats for dining. We could all be in one room eating, watching tv and playing with toys. We walked a short 1/2 mile to downtown Glendora to a coffee shop for breakfast. It is a quiet neighborhood that is so close to everything. We will stay again when visiting family.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The home is really accessible and location is perfect for what we wanted to see and do. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed. Great kitchen with lots of amenities. And the beds are extra comfortable. The privacy in the home and neighborhood made it comfortable for us. It’s a family-friendly home. Alison could not have been more communicative. We loved our stay!

We loved the place and the location. Lots of shops, coffee places, and restaurants within a quick walk. We stayed during the first couple of days of the fires just outside of LA and Jeremy was super accommodating. He brought us an air filter and taped up all of the windows for us to make sure we were safe. He also continued to check in to make sure we had everything we needed during a tough time to be in town. Couldn’t recommend Jeremy’s place and him as a host more highly.

This Airbnb is truly a gem of the LA region! Located only eight minutes away from LAX, directly near the major expressway which can take you to Santa Monica, DTLA+ in under 25 minutes! Plenty of food near this Airbnb & truly appreciate the safety added to this unit. My girls & I appreciated the automated gate opener, the alarm system and the property as a whole! Large open concept with comfy beds & the bathroom size was amazing (the bidet + double sinks was AMAZING). We also LOVED that all the lights were dimmable! We plan to return in August & book this property if available! 10/10😇

Great place, easy to find and check in, the host was very flexible by letting us check in early.

The place is in a location near the freeway, shopping, grocery great street food. We were able to walk our dog for a good distance, just had to be vigilant with a few stray dogs wanting to get to close to comfort. Great. The place itself is great! Very comfortable beds. The amenities included were very useful. Yes you could hear cars and planes outside but inside it wasn’t too bad. Parking is snug for a large GMC sierra 3500 truck but we were able to get it parked in the spot any other vehicle would be fit fine. We would stay here again!

We absolutely loved Stephen and Brian's guest house. It was very comfortable, clean, and stocked with all the amenities that we could have needed. It is on a quiet, beautiful street within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and LA history. Stephen and Brian were welcoming and kind and we would definitely stay in the guest house again.

It’s a great cozy house

Great place to stay with a group close to SoFi and easy access to the airport. The house was so much bigger than the pictures made it seem but also cozy enough to hang out with everyone. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I stayed at Mary’s Air BnB for 3 nights. We had some questions for her ahead of time and she answered us promptly. It’s a nice house with everything we needed for our stay. The yard is well maintained and totally enclosed.

-Property was just as described both in terms of amenities and maintenance/upkeep -Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, seasonings, etc. -Convenient location, neighborhood was quiet & seemed safe -Grace did a fantastic job with by providing detailed instructions and was available on call for questions even though it was a holiday week. She even drove by to provide additional supplies that we requested during the stay. -Will recommend this place to other travelers and will certainly consider it for my future trips

Perfect Stay. We loved the Cozy Home. Our welcome was amazing. I had mentioned to Vardan that we would be celebrating my wife's birthday during our stay, and we were greeted with a very thoughtful birthday present and card, and a bottle of wine. We were attending the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl, and the location of the house was very convenient. And, it's only 10 minutes from Burbank Airport. We loved walking around the neighborhood, especially wit all the Christmas decorations up. The location is very private and quiet, When the University of Oregon goes back to the Rose Bowl, we hope Cozy Home will be available! Thanks, Vardan.

We went here as last minute evacuees and Sunny was so kind anc accommodating.She let us check in asap without us even asking. We felt safe and comfortable. We walked the quiet neighborhood with our dogs and everything was great. Thank you!
