We LOVED staying in The Gulch. So close to Broadway but not in the thick of it! Definitely check out Milk&Honey and Sunday nights at. Station Inn. Thank you for an amazing family vacation!

This was probably one of the best properties that I have stayed in. Very comfortable, great location, plenty of space with the rooftop deck as a bonus. The property is located in a historic building that has been modernized. There were other neighbors, but we didn't hear them at all. The building is secure and we felt 100% safe. Our host left books in the property with suggestions for local restaurants and things to do. We highly recommend this property to anybody visiting Nashville!

One of our favorite Airbnb experiences. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to most restaurants and bars. There was also a grocery store 1 block away for anything we needed to pick up. We loved the vintage, eclectic furnishings and decor in the carriage house. The host were extremely quick to respond and offered many excellent suggestions of places to go in the area. Would defiantly recommend this place to any couple visiting East Nashville or just Nashville in general.

this is a really nice space in a great location with more amenities than I have ever seen in a hotel or AirBNB. Amenities I especially appreciated were lots of fluffy towels, high end shower products, extra blankets, and kitchen supplies such as tea and sugar. We loved being in Germantown near our family and could walk everywhere.

This spot is amazing, and Greg is an incredible host! The loft was even more gorgeous in person than it seemed through the pictures. Very spacious, clean, comfy bed, and great bathroom/shower! Greg is also an outstanding host, and made the check in/check out process stress free! My partner & I came down for a working vacation, and this is definitely going to be the spot we come back to any time we're Nashville bound in the future.

Great location and place for a downtown Nashville stay! Easy to walk back and forth from Broadway!

This location was very convenient to restaurants and bars. Easily walkable 1.5 miles to downtown where the bars and honky-tonks are clustered, but bear in mind it is a hilly walk, so it takes more effort than the mileage suggests. The hosts were very responsive to our inquiries about their place and suggestions in the area. They were very kind and accommodating.

Great location and bigger than expected. Beds were great and walls were thick so minimal outside noise.

We had a great time in Nashville and enjoyed our stay at Amanda's place! The location is fantastic - we literally walked everywhere downtown, the entire time we were in town. Condo was exactly like the pictures represent. Very quiet and well maintained. As with any condo this close to downtown, parking was expensive. All-in-all, we had a wonderful trip and would stay at Amanda's place again, in a heartbeat!
