Vacation rentals with a home theater in East Nashville

What a great place and great location. Walking distance to everything downtown. Great apartment, 3rd floor outside and inside lounges were great places to wind down. Would highly recommend staying with Lee.

This is definitely not our first airbnb but we've always been in cabins in the mountains so this was our first time in the city and it was beautiful. Everything was so close by and easy to find especially given Remi and Savanna's recommendations in their welcome guide! We used it for pretty much everything we decided to do...u can never be too careful when traveling with kids! The condo was beautifully decorated and the photo room and karaoke was a much appreciated bonus to occupy a 10 and a 16 yr old...we never heard the words "we're bored" on this trip lol Everything was very clearly explained by Remi and Savanna from check-in to check-out. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and we can't wait for our next trip to Nashville!

Remi & Savanna’s place was exactly what we needed! Great location to walk both to Broadway and The Gulch. The space was clean, beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The pool and gym were really nice and parking attached the building was a huge plus! We would 100% stay here again when visiting Nashville.

I honestly cannot recommend this enough! It was absolutely perfect! It’s a great location that’s peaceful and felt safe but close enough to go downtown. It is such a cute place with so many photo ops. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Stayed here for my Bach weekend!! House has 4 different floors( lots of steps) so all different bedrooms had their own space , bathrooms were spotless and nice! Kitchen spacious, Decorations /furniture very lovely ! We loved the rooftop area!! The van service offered is AMAZING and so worth it if you have a big group always so quick to get us and bring us home the singing older gentleman was our fav 💗 Only downside was we could hear highway a bit in two of bedrooms if drivers were being obnoxious ( is what it is) & only place within walking distance for food is riddim and spice for lunch it was awesome! Be safe around neighborhood but as long as your with your group or buddy you’ll have an amazing time! Very worth the price , so much space !!! Thank you Chris!!

Super clean house close to downtown! We had a wonderful weekend. The projector wasn’t working so that sucked but definitely worth the price 👌🏻

Perfect place to stop and relax for a few days. I enjoyed watching the wildlife in the lake from the back porch. The theatre room was also a great touch!

This was a great location and perfect for large groups. This house is basically brand new and everything was clean and in great condition. It’s a short walk to some great restaurants and bars in East Nashville and a short ride to get to downtown Nashville and Broadway. Steven was a great host and is very responsive.

We had a group of 10 for the Easter long weekend. The house was perfect for our group. lots of space, beds and a great array of activities. The hottub was a definite bonus. it's only a short 10min Uber or cab to downtown and everything you would want to see while visiting Nashville. James and Mark were very responsive to our requests and even let us have have a late checkout after our flights got delayed. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to visit Nashville with a bigger group. Thanks for a great stay!
