Our home is nestled in a quiet family oriented neighborhood just blocks from downtown. This ideal location (walk to town 0.5 mile and Lake Michigan beach 0.4 mile) welcomes your family to enjoy and love all that Charlevoix has to offer! We do have minimum night stay requirements, but are willing consider accommodating shorter stays. We are able to sleep 8 guests, however with the size of our small home we recommend limiting guests to 6. A fee will be applied to reservations over 6 guests.

Perfect winter cabin for families and groups. Year-round fun. There are few Disciples Ridge condos that offer the depth of comfort as this property. Dedicated ski gear room, just off the Boyneland Run. Sleeps 14 in beds plus there are two posturepedic sleeper sofas, one on each level of the condo. We rent many properties in this village plus the condo right next door in this same building.
