Tennis Court Cottage -hot tub

KirstinRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We loved our stay, our only negative was that we weren't there longer and will definitely be back. Brilliant location, brilliant house & brilliant hosts! My son loved the tennis courts and we all enjoyed the hut tub. It was especially nice to be able to leave the car as there was plenty to do within a easy walks distance. Definitely recommend

The Granary at Coes Vineyard, East Sussex

TomRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed at the Granary for our short honeymoon, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the cozy charm and intimate atmosphere made us feel right at home. The cottage was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. The views around the grounds were breathtaking—t felt so special to retreat here after a busy wedding and just soak in the romance of the space. We are already planning to revisit in Summer 2025 to see the vineyard in full growth!

Cooden Cottage - Seaside retreat, pets welcome

OmarRating, 5 stars3 months ago
What a lovely place. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is about a mile from Bexhill-on-Sea, so under 30 mins each each way to walk. Very close to Hastings and other local villages to drive to. The home was well kitted out, lots of space for us to spread out and for our dog to roam outside in the garden. Close to the sea and to walk into town. Ella was very responsive to any messages which we really appreciated.

Luxurious 2-bedroom cottage with hot-tub

Beautiful cottage. Good centre point to access Worthing, Goring, Littlehampton, Brighton Great communal space! Just be aware parking is on narrow one way street. We never had trouble finding a space but it was tight if you’re not a confident driver

Escape to quality and peace in East Sussex.

NoraRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Helena's place is very peaceful. The house is well-equipped and the breakfast and food basics were very thoughtful. The inflatable hot tub was very nice to relax in, and the sofa and the bed were also comfortable. We had a tricky time finding the house in the complete darkness and without any mobile signal, but the lovely folks in the Coach and Horses helped point us in the right direction eventually. We'd also booked there for dinner for the following night and thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Comfortable 17th century cottage in rural location

KateRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A beautiful cottage with a fantastic host. The cottage was warm and cosy with lamps and heating on when we arrived. Everything felt very new, the bedding and towels were really high quality. The beds very comfy. The cottage had everything we needed but no excess stuff to get in the way. It was freshly decorated and had beautiful artworks and furniture. The location was amazing very private with lovely streams and woodland all around. This place was the most amazing escape for my partner and myself and our 9 year old daughter. we can't wait to return.

Charming little workers cottage

AndyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Absolutely fell in love with Lynda’s little cottage - we didn’t want to leave! It is such a gem. We felt instantly at home, it’s is so comfortable and cosy and just what we needed to recoup. The bed in particular was unbelievably comfortable and we got some of the best sleep we’ve had in ages. A small thing I would mention - the shower is positioned under a sloped roof so you can’t stand up if you’re above about 5’6, but the bath is great! Oh and be sure to pack a pair of slippers as the concrete floors are quite cold in winter. Despite this, this was still my favourite air BnB I’ve ever stayed in, it just had so much charm. Full of amazing books (it’s rare I would sit and read an air BnB host’s books on holiday, but we spent two nights reading for hours by the fire and it was bliss!) great board games, plus Linda left us milk and croissants for breakfast. A true haven and I cant wait to come back!

Sissinghurst Cottage lovely countryside walks

CeliaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a very enjoyable stay in Studio Cottage which was clean, comfortable and warm. The kitchen was well equipped and a very welcome welcome basket was left! We enjoyed the sweet treats. Sissinghurst has a pub/restaurant, an excellent fish and chip shop and a shop which has to be seen to be believed! There are some lovely walks locally as well as castles and gardens. Jackie has provided comprehensive information in her guide. We would certainly recommend the cottage. Thank you.

Pretty courtyard cottage near Dorking & Gatwick

RebeccaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Absolutely fantastic stay. Marion was incredibly accommodating & warmly welcomed us on our arrival . The cottage was perfectly positioned and Marion had gone out of her way to make us feel at home- especially with our toddler . Plenty of toys and baby equipment which was greatly appreciated. We loved the gorgeous courtyard and had a lovely stroll to the nearby cafe which was a great way to spend a morning with playground and great coffee! A wonderful trip and one we would love to come back to! Thank you

Spacious cottage with ensuites on Ditchling Common

SandraRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Excellent accommodation. Warm and very comfortable - although we were too warm on arrival, we were grateful for the heating when the temperature dropped! Excellent facilities. We chose this property as we wanted to attend a couple of events nearby but there is also lots to do - visit Brighton, walk along the coast & National Trust properties. Jane’s directions were very helpful and she ensured we were settled and happy with everything. Thanks for your hospitality - we will return!

Oak Framed Mini Barn

PaulRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely stay. It's in a beautiful location- very peaceful and with everything we needed for a quiet break away. We did initially have trouble finding the property. It's not visible from the road. We had had a couple of emails with an 'image' that we could not see so maybe we had been sent instructions that we hadn't managed to open. Having said that, Romy couldn't have been more helpful over the phone and her daughter and friend who were nearby also helped us straightaway when we had a problem with the hot water. The Swan Inn opposite is a lovely rustic pub - friendly and with good food. We enjoyed a country walk past Batemans and a visit to Battle Abbey. We also recommend the friendly little cafe next to the Post Office at Netherfield. A lovely stay and we would recommend.

Goldings at Tipsy Cottages: weald wonder

DomRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our stay at Tipsy Cottages. The place is very quiet and peaceful. We walked into Robertsbridge which does only take 15 minutes and had a lovely meal at the George where all the staff and people were very friendly. If you want to go a little further then Old Hastings is well worth a 20-25 minute drive. We really enjoyed having the wood burner which makes the place very cosy and the farm shop was great to have at the end of the drive. We would definitely recommend to others and hope to stay another time
