My rates have stayed the same for the past 5 years. I will not raise them like hotels do during events. The Keeper's Inn! Downright neighborly! Conveniently located 1-bedroom duplex apartment in SoFo, (South Forks). Close to restaurants, grocery stores, wine and spirits, and shopping, you will need not venture far. A great place to stay for business, sporting events, concerts, visiting the family, or to simply recharge the batteries, you will find that The Keeper's Inn is SoFo Mojo!

Cozy home close to pool/park

Make yourself at home in this cute and cozy property located on a quiet dead end street. Within walking distance to Elks pool and park. An affordable and quick Uber drive to explore all that downtown Grand Forks has to offer! In the summer months enjoy cooking on either the propane grill or Traeger pellet smoker located on the deck. Relax in the evening by turning on the propane fire pit, also located on the deck.

Quaint Country Retreat

Enjoy the quiet of the country with the convenience of a short drive (5 miles) to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to UND and the Ralph Englestead Arena (anywhere in town, really). Accommodations include a 1930's country house with antique decor and lots of yard space. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is great. The beds were comfortable, but if your group is mostly adults like ours was, 12 people is a stretch. The beds in the basement are a pull out couch and a mattress inside the bean bag chair so if you're 35+ it could be a struggle. We did really enjoy our stay and were very happy that there was a well stocked kitchen, as this is the main reason we stay at an AirBNB.

I love staying here most affordable place and has 2 full bathrooms which was the deciding factor my my large family. We stayed for over a month Pantea was always kind the house very warm and cozy. Heating is great during the cold days. I love how there are alot of stores and a Natural grocery store down the street everything is convenient and near by. Felt like home being here truly enjoyed our stay 😊

Our family had a great stay at Megan's place. 2 bedrooms and a roomy living room that can be used as a 3rd bed if needed. Nice dining area and kitchen well stocked with kitchen equipments. Megan and her family are very friendly and fast to respond. Will definitely come back when we have companies visiting next time!

I had a great month long stay at this Airbnb! It was a quick drive to campus in Grand Forks, making it super convenient. The space had everything I needed for an extended stay, and the host went above and beyond by providing nice little treats from the area. They were also extremely responsive to any needs that arose.
