Monthly Rentals in East Flatbush, Brooklyn

The apartment was exceptional, great location and really comfortable. Check in was a breeze and Anthony and Kristin are awesome hosts. They were quick to respond, had great recommendations for the neighborhood and made me feel welcome.

This was the best air b n b experience I’ve ever had. I stayed for five weeks and felt completely at home. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and extremely friendly. I had absolute privacy and also a wonderful yard out front. Conversations and interactions with Anna and Maurio were amazing and friendly. I kind of felt like family while I was living there. I really didn’t want to leave haha. When I’m back in NYC I will definitely stay here again. I can’t overstate how incredible this home and the hosts were. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious and very well decorated. Many wonderful art works and art books around the home. It felt like like a very bohemian and contemporary space perfect for a traveling artist.

I had a great long stay at Anna's place! She was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting New York.

Deanna and her family were wonderful hosts. They were always very kind and attentive to my 1-year-old baby, wife, and me. They were kind enough to care for our daughter's comfort and bought a crib and toys. They were also precise in suggesting locations for everything we needed. The apartment (and the house generally) is warm; you'll never be cold. It has everything you need, so you don't have to rely on extra services, such as laundry or cooking. It's close to two subway stations (an 8-minute walk), and getting food, groceries, and more is easy. The neighborhood is generally quiet, but as Deanna advised, it's always best to be careful after 8 p.m. I recommend the subway station and the shops on the Flatbush side more than the Newkirk side. Finally, I highly recommend this place and Deanna as a host. Thank you again!.
