Great stay with friends at Eveline's house. Spacious, pleasant, well-equipped. Close to the tram to be in Ghent in 15/20min. Éveline is very responsive by message and flexible for check-in and check-out, thank you very much! 2 small downsides: 1) difficult to adjust heating, it was quite cool, 2) smell of humidity on the ground floor

The room is the same as the photos, and everything is very clean and tidy. The room had a great space and a spotless bath. The location is perfect, it is close to everything so you can do everything on foot, it is also close to the Gent-daamport train station so that you can then take the train and follow your trip wherever you have to go. There are supermarkets around, restaurants and bars.

wonderful host, a "lady" the best wait couldbe described. very helpful, responsive and accommodating. the greatest advantage of this place is it's proximity to the train station which is few steps away. From Occule station it is just 4 stops to the cetere, Grand place, etc. The area offers quite and settled neighborhood and away from crowded areas. The room itself is what is seen in the photos, and it is a good fit to any person with no disabilities or problems with climbing stairs. overall, it is a good place to stay, and good value

Great place to stay in Ghent! Simply perfect.

Francis place is lovely and has a lot of character. I felt really at home there. Check-in was easy and Francis very responsive. The apartment lies a little outside the centre but is very well connected to buses and trams, making it easy to reach the center within 10 mins.

We had a great time at Donald's place. Everything was nikel, and therewas still coffee shortages and that's still the minimum! The neighborhood is very quiet, you can reach the Hal 16 in 15 minutes, and the center also in 15 minutes. Parking at the nearby station, spotless.

Very nice and spacious old townhouse. The neighbourhood is quiet and within walking distance from the city centre. The host is very kind. Everything was as described. We really enjoyed our stay.

I don't even know where to start Charlotte was always friendly, offered support wherever possible. She gave great tips for the stay, possible activities and any weather. To the accommodation, you can only say that it is great! Cleanliness, tidiness and coziness seem to be a given here. There is enough space. The amenities, especially the kitchen and bathroom, are also more than satisfactory. In addition, there were some positive surprises that can only be experienced in a hotel. I can only thank you again for the most pleasant stay and recommend a visit to Charlotte.
