We stayed with two couples and had 5 wonderful days. The house is in incredibly cool style and everything is thought of. The record players and many records are very nice. The wonderful jacuzzi, nice showers and good beds. The bikes are ideal, also the holder for your smartphone very convenient. We did not allow the cats in due to light allergies. The house was so clean that no one is bothered by those allergies, great! Highly recommended!

Lorenzo's place is very comfortable and well equipped. Very spacious and despite being right on a road the noise is minimal and in the bedroom and garden part (we could not almost use it because of bad weather, but when the sun came up was very cozy) the tranquility is total. The fireplace in the living room is super comfortable and the heating system is excellent. The house is 5 minutes away from a big supermarket and just in front there is a small shop for anything you need and a very good bakery/pastry shop. If you want to tour the country (Ghent, Brussels, Antwerp, Malinas, Lier) very good to use it as a base. I recommend it 100X100.

For us it was a perfect stay. Neighbouring houses, but all with gardens, and in a calm surrounding, without noisy neighbours, and the small airport of Ursel close which was nice to discover the small -not noisy!!!- airplanes taking off and landing! Close enough to the coast as well if you want to visit the North sea, eg Knokke or Heist. I loved the coffemachine, and practical kitchen. The fact that there was no need for us to buy coffee or spices and condiments made my short stay truly more carefree. My two kids also loved the house and garden. So nice there was a KUBB game present to play with in the garden. We also much appreciated using the wood stove, the KLOEK fireplace outside and the more than wonderful barbecue. The rooms and the beds were also big and practical for our stay with 2 adults and 2 children, ages 9 and 11. Handy to have a bathroom both upstairs and downstairs.

Excellent AirBnb and excellent host! The AirBnb is beautiful, well furnished, with quality material. The surrounding environment is also beautiful and peaceful. Ria was a very helpful and kind host, as usual. We will be back for sure, and we recommend this place 1000%!

Nice spacious clean cottage out in the country side , comfortable bed & everything you would need for a week’s holiday. Garage for parking. Host was very responsive . Would definitely recommend this place .

We absolutely loved our stay here in Ghent. Mechiel's place is very centrally located, near the Castle and bars and restaurants. It is also very private and quiet, despite the central location and feels very homely. The bed is very comfy, a good bathroom and kitchen, plus the record player and brilliant selection of records was a bonus! Mechiel met us on check in and was extremely friendly and helpful, and was there to answer any questions straight away. I would wholeheartedly recommend this as a great place to stay in Ghent!

The house perfectly matches the listing! Great for a weekend with friends in the area. Spacious and very high quality house made with beautiful materials and very well decorated! Repa is ultra available and caring! Anyway, great weekend!

Daan has been really friendly with me since beginning. He gave me suggestions for near by market and restaurants. He has assisted me during all staying with bedsheets, towels ecc ecc. The apartment is well furnished Has been a pleasure, I really suggest to be a Daan guest

We enjoyed our stay very much! A quiet, cozy studio. It was also nice that there was a lot present, such as towels, shampoo, lots of cooking utensils etc.. so we didn't have to bring much ourselves.

The apartment is in a very good location, in a quiet area where everything is quickly accessible. It's clean and even more spacious than we imagined. Big plus for the very comfortable bed and for Pieter's tips (especially for the Christmas market). I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Gent

We had a great stay in Ghent. Dieter was very generous with his time and energy - he went out of his way to lend us bicycles for our stay. He also had great recommendations for the area.

We cannot recommend Yann’s apartment highly enough. It was elegant, spacious and with lovely decor - photos don’t do it justice. Also Yann provided a warm personal welcome, as well as chilled beer, water, Prosecco & coke in the fridge, plus sweet treats. The garden is so relaxing and very private. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom had shampoo & shower gel which was great for us as we were travelling light. There are loads of lovely bars & restaurants nearby, the location was 8 mins walk from train station at Dampoort, and it’s only 15 mins walk to the main shopping district. We fell in love with Ghent, it’s beautiful and we’d love to come back to explore further & stay in this lovely place again.

We had a very pleasant stay in this charming small town, ideally located at the crossroads of major tourist cities like Bruges, Antwerp, Ghent and Brussels. The space was spotless and cozy for a few nights. Our hosts, Dorine and her family, were excellent advisors, always responsive and extremely friendly. Many thanks to them.
