Vacation rentals with breakfast in East Devon District

Chloé is really responsive, nice and helpful. The house is really well decorated, spotless and comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Georgie's peaceful and well thought out little retreat. A gorgeous getaway in the most stunning location; we enjoyed soaking up the sea views from the beautifully maintained garden, and exploring the coastal walks from the property. Georgie is a perfect host, kind and helpful. I really enjoyed our chat over breakfast.

Thanks Richard and Fi for giving us free roaming of your lovely home! I'm sorry we weren't there longer and next time maybe we'll actually meet you. Can't recommend too highly.

Warm, comfortable accommodation which was well equipped. Great breakfast. Ideal base for visiting Longleat Festival of Light.

David is a very considerate and friendly host, showing us round on our arrival and giving us some really helpful info on the local area. His communication is swift and the house thoughtfully prepared. It was perfect for our family with all the amenities we could have asked for. Washer, dryer, washing line and hosepipe, perfect for anyone hitting the beach every day! A great holiday let, i'm sure we'll be back.

Rie’s Retreat is magical. I, how the retreat for 10 women here, and it was idyllic. Her home is spacious, beautiful, peaceful and full of space to reflect and connect, including the most beautiful gardens with dozens of different flowers growing. Her space is filled with positive energy, you can feel the healing powers on the land. And Rie is incredible! First, she is so friendly, personable, and fun! She is also so helpful about everything you need, whether it’s recommendations for activities, or transportation or grocery shopping. She is also an incredible chef, and I highly recommend having her cook your meals for you, as she will make you feel so well fed, pampered, and taken care of. Her meals are healthy and delicious! Even her healthy continental breakfast and snacks are amazing! We all loved the space and the beauty. It’s so close to town and to all Glastonbury sites. I will definitely bring groups of women back here, as Rie is now a friend and sister to us all.

We had such a lovely overnight stay. We arrived later than expected but Edith had made alternative key collection arrangements from her helpful neighbour. Lovely bed and good sized room. Fabulous breakfast - me and my best friend felt well looked after, despite Edith being poorly! Thanks so much for a lovely stay in your home Edith.

We absolutely loved staying in this Georgian place. We had 2 floors all to ourselves. The refrigerator was fully stocked with anything we could want for breakfast and snacks. We couldn't even eat it all. We had everything we needed. And when we had a question our host was extremely responsive. The parking space behind the building was perfect for us so we could leave our car for the three days and not have to worry about it. This is a perfect location for anybody visiting Bath.

Great apartment within easy walking distance into Bath. Everything you need on your doorstep. Great to visit Bath Christmas market. Apartment has everything you need & good communication from host. Will be back as it’s so handy for Bath centre.

This place is a gem, not sure if it suits peoples location as we were there for work. But it was exceptional. We have never stopped in an air bnb so clean. The jacuzzi bath was a massive bonus after a long hard day. Would stop again 100%

Lovely converted barn building. Matt was a great host and provided an excellent hamper which I wasn’t expecting so what more could you want. Cosy comfy apartment style accommodation in a beautiful setting.. I will be back and hope for good weather to be able to enjoy the area up in the hills.. it’s stunning.

Julie’s place was exactly as described, it was also lovely and warm, and the continental breakfast and wine provided was much appreciated. Everything you needed was also supplied, not only all the shampoo, conditioner etc in the bathroom but even washing machine tablets. We stayed for three nights and although the weather wasn’t great there was lots to do. We did the sky walk into bath and enjoyed the nice restaurants and various bars and cafes that Bath has to offer. We caught the bus a few times to come and go into Bath which was very conveniently on your own only a few minutes walk away. Julie and her husband were very helpful and accommodating, we would definitely use this accommodation again and explore more of what the surrounding area of Bath has to offer. Beautiful part of the UK.

The perfect location - so easy to walk everywhere in beautiful Bath. Very comfortable accommodation - the beds were wonderful! Great having two bathrooms for 4 of us. Loved the Xmas touches as well as the welcome goodies which were so much appreciated. Thank you so much Kim!

The Garden Flat is in a lovely quiet location with easy access to the city centre by bus or car. It is perfectly equipped and lovely and warm and light. This is our second visit and our stay was as perfect this time as our first visit. Thank you Denise for making us so welcome.

This is a lovely space to stay within a few minutes walk of everything you need in Moretonhampstead. Mary is very welcoming and helpful with local knowledge. Her dogs are friendly & charming too. The building is a fantastic old former smithy. I was doing a bit of ancestry hunting & the building would have been one they knew and probably used. Mary provides a great continental breakfast with more than enough to keep you going for the day. I don’t have a car but found it easy enough to get where I wanted to go. There are plenty of nice walks around the area. I felt very much at home and enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the place. If I needed a few nights stay in Moretonhampstead I would be very happy to stay with Mary again.

Beautiful location. Perfect for exploring the Tors. Your hosts will be fabulous storytellers. Good breakfast and tea making facilities.

Just what we needed for a one night stay. The room is small but has everything you need and is very warm. Breakfast was delicious and Lizzie and her husband were kind and friendly.

It was amazing to stay in such a special place. Tolpuddle is a thriving community with an incredible history for such a small place.

This was a lovely setting, with a lovely host who was most welcoming! The accommodation had a feeling of being separate and private for the guest but homely at the same time! Will definitely seek to stay here for my future golf trips!

A lovely friendly home away from home in a beautiful cosy old house with loads of original features. We were made to feel so welcome by Louise and Gavin and we did immediately feel like we were at home. The setting of the house was truly special with beautiful private garden, tucked away in a peaceful corner of Bridport, and very easy to walk to the town centre and restaurants. The rooms were first rate, with incredibly comfortable beds, beautiful linen and bedding, a lovely hot modern shower with lovely Faith in Nature toiletries, tea and coffee, good WiFi and everything you could need. They were tucked away on the top floor so felt very private with own shower room and landing. Louise and Gavin were very helpful, with recommendations of places to eat and visit. We enjoyed the Olive Tree in Bridport and 3 Horseshoes in Burton Bradstock. Bridport especially on market day was a nice lively market town and very close to West Bay. I would thoroughly recommend for a wonderful stay.
