Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in East County, San Diego

Helen's home was a perfect fit for our family trip to San Diego. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with all of the basics that we needed in the kitchen (spices, zip lock bags, condiments, etc.) and the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). The beds were all comfortable and all were well made with extra blankets and pillows. The living room areas were cozy yet functional. The hot tub was a wonderful way to unwind after running around all day - it was hot a ready to go for us when we arrived. Helen was very responsive and communicated well with us before and during our stay. We would love to stay here again! Bonus tip - There's a Dry Bar and Sephora in the shopping center down the street if you need to get hair/make up done for an event. We were in town for a family wedding and it was nice treat for us to get our hair and make up done.

Love the location of Amir's place. Quiet and safe neighborhood (saw lots of people walking their dogs at night) so felt safe with our toddler. There was a faint smell of weed the whole time we stayed that bothered my pregnant nose, but my husband and mom didn't notice. We were very comfortable, loved the proximity to the Zoo and we hope to stay again!

We had an incredible stay at Meghan’s and definitely want to come back! She had everything we needed for our little one - pack n play, baby bathtub, toys, etc. The location is great, only a short walk to the beach where we enjoyed several sunsets and close to several restaurants and markets/stores. Highly highly recommend this Airbnb for a trip to La Jolla!

Great location, easy to to get to the freeway and easy to get to any nearby attractions

This home is a perfect location and walking distance to several things in Oceanside. The whole home was nice and clean upon arrival. We loved the decor, outdoor space, and the master bathroom was incredibly cool! We found a few things that we needed help with. Alexandra and Joe were quick to respond and come look into things. They were really responsive and helpful hosts.

The hosts were very communicative and helpful. There was one small hiccup with getting in at check in but was fixed very quickly by the hosts and had no further issues. If you are staying with a large family and multiple couples this place offered great spacious rooms for that. The home itself and decor are super cute and the fire pit on the deck added a nice cozy touch for me and my family to relax and enjoy fun conversations. The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood and I felt safe there, which is something I definitely look for in reviews (so I hope that helps someone who peeps in on the reviews.) Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend. Thank you Abby-Steven.

Mary and Tony were amazing and attentive hosts and you can’t beat the location! Surrounded by water and beautiful beaches in every direction. We were there over New Years Eve and on top of a little welcome basket, they provided us with New Years hats and noise makers for the festivities. Very thoughtful. We were traveling with our 11 month old and I was very grateful that the they had a pack n play and baby tub (they only have a shower at the Airbnb, so baby tub was a necessity!). The stairs up to the Airbnb are steep, but they do have a baby gate. I didn’t really trust the gate, so kept my little one away from that area altogether (I would maybe recommend a gate that bolts into the wall for better security). We had everything we needed there and felt very much at home. We will definitely stay there when we come back. Highly recommend! Thank you, Mary and Tony!!! :)

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was lovely and a wonderful location with close access to the beach and to all the local shops and great restaurants. The chairs, umbrellas and other gear they provided made our beach days perfect. The patio was great - lively in the evenings with good people watching, but perfectly quiet once you came back inside. We will definitely be back!

This apartment is in a great area! It's a very peaceful and cozy place. Especially with the waterfront view!

Great location. It's near a surfer beach, but if you're comfy with the ocean, it's a great hang. Also, within about 10m of the main La Jolla Beach which is superb. Cy has all your needs for a great beach stay: boogie board, umbrella, towels, chairs, sand mat, toys. Close location to some decent food. Cy communicates quickly and thoroughly, but otherwise stays out of your way. Place was very clean with a cool shower head. Neighbors in the apartment were very friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend for a beach stay.

I highly recommend Marbella. We booked a few days last minute as we were evacuating from the LA fires and feel so lucky we did. From check-in to the view to the cleanliness to the amenities, (the gorgeous deck, beach chairs, coffee on Saturdays) everything was incredible. It’s centrally located AT the beach on the strand, which is very quiet even when busy with pedestrians and cool cars cruising by. You also can walk to plenty of shops, markets, and restaurants nearby. When we decided to extend our stay for a week, Trevor was extremely accommodating and made it easy for us to check out of our room and into a bigger one without having to load everything into our car and wait for check in time. We will absolutely be back, under better circumstances, for a vacation!

Thanks for the great stay, everything was provided that a little family could need, great spot for traveling with dogs. I felt safe leaving our furry friend there while we explored San Diego. Very lovely air b and b.

We’re enjoyed a wonderful stay at Paul’s place, it was very relaxing! Beautiful surroundings, and walkable to the beach and Harbor. It was perfect for staying in Oceanside while visiting our daughter, and enjoying the fireplace and spacious family room for cozy evenings. Paul was very responsive, and very clear with communication. We look forward to staying again soon!!

Our stay at Lauren's place was everything we needed and more. We booked last minute and she was immediately responsive and SO accommodating and easily reachable throughout our stay. The area is BEAUTIFUL, right on the beach, and the condo was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. Highly highly recommend this stay!

Great space that is close to the beach. The complex is well maintained. Imran communicated well with us and personally walked us through the condo to make sure we were satisfied. Beach chairs, sand toys all provided. Close to Camp Pendleton and some great restaurants. Would book again and highly recommend!

This was our 2nd stay in this building with Sea Breeze. You cannot beat the location! It is not just walkable, the view out the patio is all ocean, there is only a parking lot separating you from the sand. And it can be fun to people watch those come and go in the parking lot as well. The bed is comfortable and the place is spacious. Plus, so many great restaurants to walk to. There are no chain restaurants which is even better. I also recommend taking a food tour experience. Check out the Airbnb experiences that are available during your stay.

The place/location were great! More than enough room inside to accommodate my girlfriend and I. Kitchen was stocked with all the supplies needed to cook meals. Bathroom/bedroom was clean and the hosts were extremely responsive. Hard to complain about the location! Walkable coffee shops, restaurants, markets, bars & the beach/bay. Would definitely recommend, as we had a great time!

I have never been more satisfied with an Airbnb stay. Susan proactively communicated with us and shared instructions clearly. Her place was clean and spacious and had wonderfully easy to find amenities. Traveling with kids I so appreciated the plentiful towels, beach towels, beach toys and games for our family vacation!
