Vacation rentals with a home theater in East County, San Diego

Great location - walkable to a lot of bars and restaurants. Lovely patio, very nice modern decor in the place. Had a great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. We are Oceanside locals but our apartment had an unexpected slab leak and we needed to find an air bnb fast. Aja was so responsive and incredibly helpful! The home was spotless, rooms were spacious and the back yard was such a bonus! Highly recommend this air bnb to anyone. If you’re visiting Oceanside this particular area is the most walkable and right in the middle of all the best local restaurants!

Check-in was super smooth. Host provided detailed instructions with pictures. Couldn’t have been easier. The place is AMAZING. The pictures don’t do the view justice. It’s jaw dropping. It was super clean. The staff on site were incredibly nice. Fob access to get in anywhere made it feel really safe. Fantastic location. This is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. 5* all day long. Can’t wait to go back.

Great place to stay its right across from the ballpark and very close to all restaurants and nightlife in Gaslamp.

Place was great. From the views to the building amenities. Easy to walk to Gaslamp and must stay if you are going to concert or event at Petco park

This was my 2nd stay with Armando at this location but was for an extended period while our home was going through renovations. Could not have asked for a better host. Armando was collaborative, flexible and responsive to our needs. I've stayed in many Airbnb's but Armando truly wants to make sure you feel like you are home. The house is great and as described. The spa outside is spotless unlike many other places. It was always warm and ready to go and CLEAN! The beds were all very comfortable and a lot of space in the house to relax. If you are a family looking for spotless location, reliable and quiet community that is close to beaches, restaurants and theme parks I highly recommend. I sound like I am advertising on his behalf but really can't emphasize enough that we appreciated the location and hospitality for 2+ months and willingness to make sure we were comfortable. Thanks again!

Marco’s place was beautiful! The pool was clean and the place had a lot to do games etc.. we loved the bunk bed room, they were the most stable and spacious bunk beds we have seen, the place perfect, we will definitely be back!

Exactly as described and very nice home. Immaculate appliances, gorgeous sunrises and striking views. You can catch sunset off to the right of backyard as well. Hummingbirds galore. Very nice neighborhood/area, would rent again.

The place was nice and the location wasn’t too far from where we wanted to be or do at anytime. There is a mall nearby and lots of restaurants in the area. Quiet neighborhood

I had a group of people staying here for a conference. They commented on how incredible the place was and how close it was to everything. They all had a great stay and loved all the amenities.

The vacation unit met our needs in every way. A fully outfitted kitchen was a real plus for our family who loves to cook on vacation. Parking was easy & conveniently close to unit. The biggest plus was the location… so close to the beach! What a find!

We spent a week in this apartment in Oceanside and despite the weather not being as good as normal for the time of year we had a lovely time. Great apartment, well equipped for people who want to self-cater, very confortable and right by the beach.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The views from both balconies were stunning and the entire condo complex is so peaceful.
