Monthly Rentals in East Atlantic Beach

Jill's place was exactly as described. It's a wonderfully designed spacious studio with ample kitchen space, good living room and large bed. The bathroom is well appointed and comfortable. Loved the decor and shared outdoor space which was perfect for drinking a glass of wine and relaxing. Linens and towels were of high quality.

My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay, Manuel was very responsive. We will recommend to all of our friends and family and we will definitely be returning. The home looked exactly like the pictures and that was a plus.

Richard's house was very clean and we could spend time as if it were our own house. The room was very comfortable and the time spent upstairs on the balcony was great. It's one block from the subway station, and the surrounding area is a well-developed residential area, and the environment is excellent. There is a large supermarket near the station, which is very convenient. It takes some time to get to Manhattan, but you can get there by one direct train. I jogged on the boardwalk in the morning because it's close to the beach, it's flat and safe. I would definitely like to stay here next time I go to New York. Thank you, Richard ‼︎

Danny was great! The location is amazing and convenient to the beach as well as walking distance to the supermarket, restaurants, etc. great host and I would definitely recommend Danny and his place to stay!
