Absolutely beautiful. We felt at home right away; John’s place is comfortable and so peaceful. The view of the lake was gorgeous and we enjoyed eating dinner out on the screened-in porch. The hot tub was great at the end of a long day, and the stars at night over the lake were beautiful. My kids enjoyed all of the fun games in the basement, and I don’t think I’ve ever slept in a more comfortable bed. We were just stopping over in Seneca, so unfortunately we were only able to enjoy this beautiful place for a day, but definitely plan to be back for longer next time!

Beautiful view and plenty of room for our family. Kerry responded quickly to my questions and gave clear directions. I’m glad she recommended to stay on paved roads since we arrived at night and alternate routes take you down gravel roads. Convenient location for our stay to enjoy snow tubing and amenities at the Sapphire Valley Community Center.

If you’re looking for a peaceful house free of the city chaos this is the place! The yard and lake were incredible for our dogs, all hiking trails were anywhere from 20-45 minutes away, but if you wanted to take in nature and soak up the sun you don’t even need leave the backyard! Definitely recommend a 4wd or AWD car in inclement weather , the neighborhood roads can be steep, but our Subaru handled it with no problems. Thanks again for allowing us and the dogs to stay here!

A beautiful home and very roomy. Plenty of yard space to go along with the home. I was a little worried about right next to the highway, but you would never know because the home is pretty much sound proof. It is a gas station within walking distance for unforeseen needs.

Andrew place was very lovely. It was very spacious and very clean! Loved the corner little bench right by the window, it was very cozy. The hottub was amazing and relaxing! The house felt really cozy and comfortable. The stores around the area aren't even that far from the place. I'll definitely come back again!

This house was everything and more ! They literally had everything you needed down to Qtips in the bathrooms to plastic baggies under the sink! We instantly felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. The beds were extremely comfy . The house was esthetically pleasing as well! Having a washer and dryer upstairs as well as downstairs was perfection! We did have a minor issue where the leg on the chase broke as soon as my brother sat on it but they were quick to respond and guide us through what we needed to do in the process. I would recommend this place over and over again. My only critique would be the living room couches . It would be nice if they were a little bit bigger and possible more comfy. The furniture is nice but there wasn’t much room for a family of 8 to gather to watch a movie. Thank you guys for allowing us to stay in your home during the holidays!
