Nick says: We had a wonderful time. The school house is a product of love and dedication. It feels modern and expansive and at the same time maintaining the historical details of a charming old school house. Connie was responsive and professional and provided everything we needed. The house is near a beautiful hiking trail and provided a very relaxing stay.

Amazing little spot, especially if you are a trout angler. The Owl Kill runs through the backyard and holds some really nice wild Brown Trout. The cottage is also located between the Battenkill and Waloomsac Rivers which are both only a few minutes away.

We stayed the weekend and enjoyed a comfortable stay. It is tucked away but just a few minutes from everything. Our host was very responsive when we needed something. I would definitely recommend it.
