We spoke to Janice a few times whilst we were at the cottage. Janice was lovely, extra friendly and very accommodating. We’ve visited previously and will be back very soon.

Stayed at Amanda s house for three nights over New year period.Communication was excellent, house ideally located near the beach etc etc, house had everything you need in it-well equipped kitchen, smart tv, fast WiFi, nice bathroom, seating for 6 everything catered for.

We really enjoyed our short stay. The house is excellent and we especially loved the kitchen diner and the stunning views. The decking & garden area are great for the better weather. The house was well heated for our winter visit with thermostat control. We would definitely return again if visiting the area.

We really enjoyed our New Year break in Penny's cosy and comfortable apartment. It's lovely and peaceful, with beautiful views across Wensleydale. We really appreciated the outdoor clothing and boots storage space at the bottom of the stairs. Fantastic location with great walking routes of varying distances from the doorstep. Penny is a lovely host - very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for everything, Penny. We hope to return soon!

We have just returned from a short break in Cullercoats. The flat was exactly as described. It is well situated, just around the corner from an excellent coffee shop and a few minutes from the beach. The flat is beautifully decorated and the huge bed is super-comfortable. Communication with Lisa was excellent, giving us clear instructions and lots of recommendations. We also really appreciated a later check-out. We would not hesitate to book again.

We really loved our stay at Marie's place. It was really easy to find and just off the bus route so quick to get to and from the centre of town and other locations. It was warm and clean, stocked with little thoughtful bits like bread and milk, lots of extra bedding if you needed it, towels and more. The rooms were comfy, spacious and full of storage, and at night it was peaceful to sleep in. Marie is an extremely considerate and proactive host. We would definitely stay there again!

Visiting family for a few days and found this perfect place. Ideal for my wife and I close to where we needed to be within walking distance of Pubs and places to eat. Really secure and the place was immaculate with everything you could need and more. Very friendly hosts and we will be back to stay in the future.

Emma’s lovely, clean flat in the middle of Bishop was ideal for us. The bedrooms are spacious with massive & comfortable beds. The kitchen is great for cooking and eating as a family & the bathroom’s fab. The living room is really cosy & lots of choice on the TV. It’s great that we could bring our dog as well. Parking right outside made this really convenient. We will definitely be back, as we have family close by. Thanks for a great stay!

We can't recommend Gary's place more highly! We love how the old mill equipment is on display making it feel very unique and the setting in stunning. You can sit in the window just watching the stream flow by. There's plenty to see and do in the local area too. We'll definitely be back.

We booked our stay with Tom very last minute. He was able to get us in and helped us with all our questions and needs. Place was a little cold but warmed up the next day. Bed was super comfortable and the unit has everything you need for cooking or warming up food. Spacious room and the living room felt like home. He has an amazing fire starter hot tub. He was gracious to drop us off at the Hexham train station and even brought us some birthday goodies to try. Great local beers!!! Tom was flexible on the time checking out which was stress free and super helpful! We will be back and will tell all our friends about this amazing place.

We had a lovely stay here the host gave very clear instructions and there was even milk and butter left in the fridge for us. The best nights sleep ever it was so quiet and the bed so comfortable. There’s everything you could need for a stay and we even enjoyed a jigsaw puzzle that was there. We would certainly stay again and would recommend!

Thanks for a great location! Everything is within walking distance, we rarely took the car out. Great restaurants around town and getting to the metro to get to Newcastle was super easy and convenient. Thanks for the gift basket and we will enjoy all of it and we hope to see you again one day!

Absolutely great place to stay with 2 12 year old boys. Brilliant location and so much to do - Caroline gave us some fab recommendations. The flat was in a perfect location - close to the beach and loads of places to eat. The boys loved the bunk beds and I was impressed with the size of the rooms. Kitchen well equipped if you wanted to cook but we ate out for most meals. The bathroom is a wet room - so take crocs for using the toilet after a shower to avoid wet feet - this was not a problem for us at all and the shower was lovely and warm. Lots of little touches were great, biscuits and tea and coffee, toilet roll, cleaning products so if you arrived late no problem - also a shop over the road. Highly recommend as a lovely downstairs flat with parking near the sea - perfect.

A perfect place for our stay: was 5 minute drive to our daughter’s university accommodation, a 5 minute walk to Jesmond Dene for our dog walks, a 10 minute drive to Newcastle (we did not try out public transport as there were 4 of us plus a dog), 5 minute drive to Arlo, (one of our favourite places to eat), and added bonus of a hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked - we had a great take away from Jakki’s Chinese Takeaway. We will definitely book to stay again

Have just returned from a fantastic stay at Lisa and Gavin’s place. They were great hosts - really helpful and very responsive. Their place was perfect for us, a real home away from home and our daughter LOVED the bunk beds! It’s great value for money and I couldn’t recommend it more highly - we will definitely be back!

We had a great 3 night stay, to celebrate a late Christmas with my parents who live in Blyth. The apartment is gorgous, so well decorated and furnished. There was a lovely Christmas tree to greet us too. We arrived around 9.30 pm, found the key in the front lockbox and unloaded up the front stairs. Overall its a great place to stay, the only thing that would stop us staying again is our elderly dog (he's 15) is a bit too doddery for the stairs. The baby gate was a great feature, and meant we had no worries about him going down on his own. The internal stairs lead to the front door just over the road from an amazing park which was perfect for the dogs. Kids would love it too, I grew up in Blyth, such happy memories of Ridley Park!

A lovely two night stay. The apartment is stylishly decorated and comfortable with lots of thoughtful personal touches throughout. The sea view is stunning! Communication with Michael was informative and helpful. Definitely somewhere I would like to visit and again and would recommend to others.
