Brian’s place was all that we needed for a girls weekend away! Clean instructions and made check-in/out super easy and the place was exactly as advertised. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful stay! The furniture offered nice seating with a beautiful view out to the back garden. Margaret was kind enough to leave our some snacks which helped me for my early morning days! There's also aromatherapy and coffee available, such a nice touch! 10/10 can't recommend enough!

Plenty of room for a couple. Comfortable bed and kept nice and warm with an electric blanket. We liked the quiet location overlooking forested creek below the front door/porch. We would stay here again when visiting Chapel Hill.

Patrick has a great location, close to downtown restaurants and shopping areas. It is quiet and I loved having the full kitchen to cook in. Wifi was fast and reliable. Having the Village District within walking distance was nice, since it has so many shops and restaurants and you don't have to worry about parking. I had a great time while I was there!

Everything was wonderful! Everything was exactly like the photos and very spacious. Felt like I never left home. The location is also very convenient. There was a grocery store less than 5 minutes away as well as places to get food which definitely came in handy the first day when there was unexpected snow. Will definitely be coming again if I'm ever doing a buisness trip in the area

Great comfy, homey, convenient and very clean space. Great open area living/dining area. We were able to have our local family over (9 adults total) for Christmas Eve day dinner. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Any needs, questions or issues we had were promptly and kindly addressed. If what you want is a comfy, home-like atmosphere with lots of thoughtful touches run by kind folks who are unobtrusive in a quiet, walkable historic neighborhood that gives you easy access to Wake Forest and North Raleigh as well as as the greater Raleigh area for a very reasonable price, this is your place.

The rental was comfortable, homey, and well-appointed. There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout such as delicious muffins provided by the hosts, plentiful hooks at the entry and in the bathroom, and an extension cord by the bed. We would love to stay here again.

Harry Potter themed half bathroom in and of itself makes this place amazing. Would definitely stay again. Plenty of room for my family of 5

Traveling with pets is often difficult. Chris’s place made it so easy - just out the back door is a big, fenced-in yard that my pups loved to explore.

This host was communicative, respectful, and supportive. Their home is extremely quiet, clean, and spacious. We had 2 adults and 2 kids in our party and the space was perfect for us. The neighborhood was upscale and close to everything we needed. They accommodated our early check out. Will book each time I have appts in chapel hill! Thank y’all for a great stay!

Super Host Plus! Rebecca is pleasant, welcoming, and responds quickly. I have stayed here several times and will again. It is a safe place to stay with easy access around the city.

We loved everything about our visit!! 5 STAR accommodations! We were greeted with a bottle of wine in this beautiful meticulously restored large suite in this historical home. We hope to return in warmer weather and enjoy the pool area, and wrap around porch overlooking the property. The on suite is luxurious. Highly recommend visiting this fabulous home.

I was in town for a week-long trip and Hannah's place served my needs perfectly. Her description and photos of the apartment were accurate. Very clean and well kept. I felt safe. The place is in a quiet location and a very short drive to major roads. I had no issues or concern. Hannah is very responsive. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Terry’s place was perfection. We had a wonderful time. I wouldn’t change one thing. The home was immaculate and many nice touches like a bottle of wine and coffee and biscotti! Highly recommend!

Great location with walking trails nearby. Located right outside of downtown making it easy to get around. The space was very clean and served its purpose for a weekend stay!

This was beautifully designed & decorated! They have done an incredible job of utilizing the space & designing how to lay everything out. The bed & couch were very comfortable & the kitchen had everything we would have needed to cook, though we did not cook much during our stay. For two people this is a great place to stay! We would definitely recommend staying here!

It was a quick trip but absolutely what we needed. It was cozy and felt just like home. The instructions were very clear and up to date on everything. I’d definitely recommend Jessica’s place!

This will be a repeat of all the previous great reviews. My husband and I loved the space and the decor. The ceiling is a bit low, as described, but we never gave it a second thought once we got settled. Tim’s thought of absolutely everything you’d want to make yourself comfortable - fluffy towels, crisp sheets, kitchen utensils, restaurant recommendations, etc. We really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood walking to and from The Flying Biscuit, which serves a great breakfast. Tim and his roommate even went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute request (TY guys!) of mine. We loved Raleigh and this is exactly where we’ll hope to stay when we return.

Staying in Molly and Bill’s place was a delight. They were kind and gracious hosts from check in to check out. They were so flexible and helpful with our arrival and departure, even when we had airline changes mid-trip. The apartment was very comfortable and cool even though it was near 100 degrees outside some days. The covered entrance was super helpful for deliveries. We have recently been on a lot of trips and this shower had the hottest and most water pressure of any place. It was so great. The kitchen was lovely and new with lots of super helpful every day need type condiments. Can’t thank them enough for making our trip to NC so homey.
