Place was located perfectly downtown and safe. It was walkable to everything and the views were spectacular.

Our stay here was great. The apartment had everything we needed and our host was flexible and responsive.

Tanya's place is gorgeous! You cannot beat this location - right around the corner from campus but in a sweet little forrest nook so you don't have to deal with college commotion. Tanya was extremely responsive and so friendly - even invited us to their tailgate!

Excellent experience in all fronts. Recmmended with no reservations. Will be back!

We spent the weekend and had a wonderful and relaxing time! The cottage was just as described in pictures and everything was super clean and pristine. Bed was super comfortable and bedding felt soft and cozy. Bathroom was well stocked with plenty of soft absorbent towels and toiletries. Jeanne left us some sweets and drinks in the fridge which we greatly appreciated and Coffee station was filled with many supplies. We loved the location and it was very convenient to everywhere in and around Chapel Hill. Be mindful of step downs on pathway to entrance and I would recommend familiarizing yourself with location during daylight so you have a sense of location. We would definitely return to this space if we find ourselves in Chapel Hill again. Thank you Jeanne for your beautiful space and all your great recommendations for eating and exploring the area.

It’s always great to stay in the middle of a small city and this place offers that not to mention the best sunset view in town. Other tenants are very friendly and the selection of places to walk to is great!

Super nice place very close to the bars/restaurants. As previously mentioned it is definitely not quiet, but 100% would stay here again.

We can't decide which was better, the apartment or the hosts. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is meticulously cared for and is even better than it appears in the photos. We stayed for a month, so we had the pleasure of spending some time with Kurt and Carol. They are gracious hosts and very accomodating - the nicest folks you will find anywhere. If you have a chance to stay here, do not pass it up. Thanks again for your kindness and hospitality.

Stayed here with some friends for a wedding weekend and had a great time. The owner, Jorge, responds to all questions in a timely manner and was flexible working out an early check in. The home has awesome amenities and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

Nice little spot convenient to Duke and downtown Durham. Very well stocked. Nice appliances. Jesse was very responsive. On a street where parking can be a bit difficult if you have an extra vehicle. Lots of older homes being renovated in the neighborhood.

It has been a great experience and the place is simply spectacular. It makes you feel at home, quiet, comfortable, with a great design and everything you need to feel at ease. Spectacular and I recommend Ramsey's house as a perfect place to stay on your trips to Durham.

We were beyond impressed with all the extras that makes this place special. Many amenities that made us just want to hang out at the house. We especially liked playing with the oculus and popping poporn. Amazingly decorated and high in small touches. Let us not forget the end ways we could have made tea and coffee. Thank you guys for making your home so special and unique.

Fotula is an amazing host! She’s very flexible, warm and care about her guests. We felt like home and feel like we made a new friend 🤗👍 The house is spacious and the neighborhood is very calm, people around seemed friendly. There is a YCMA close by the house and also a trail to run and walk by. Hope valley is a very nice place to live in, thanks again Fotula.

We had an incredible stay at Jennifer’s Airbnb for my wife’s Golden Birthday, and it was PERFECT! The house was spacious, with plenty of room for guests to mingle and those staying overnight comfortably. The decor was stunning, and every corner was immaculately clean. The amenities were fantastic, including a jacuzzi for relaxation and massage chairs for the non-party animals. With numerous beds, everyone had a place to rest and sleep well. Jennifer’s communication style was open and relaxed, making everything easy and stress-free. We ESPECIALLY appreciated the late check-in and check-out, allowing attendees to enjoy their night and the following day without feeling rushed. Jennifer’s Airbnb home should be THE model for all Airbnbs! Thank you for making my wife’s birthday celebration truly unforgettable - we are incredibly grateful and plan to return for future trips and cannot wait to enjoy the saunas and infrared pods. We had a great stay at Downtown Diggs. Location was moments away from everything we needed. The condo was in great condition and perfectly clean. Debrah made everything so easy for us. She also went out of her way to provide little additives for the dogs we were traveling with. Just above and beyond. Will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

This condo was everything we expected and more. We loved the furniture and wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this condo and will certainly stay again when in Cary.

This property was very convenient, spacious, comfortable, and clean. A perfect spot to enjoy a weekend in downtown Raleigh. If you are a very light sleeper, the city's sounds may be a little much for you, but otherwise the apartment provided for a great night's sleep.
