Very cute house! The driveway is longer and narrow. There are three parking spots shared by the nearby houses that also use the same driveway. So it’s a bit tricky parking due to the tight spacing. Overall great stay! Plenty of towels and very clean space.

My girlfriend and I loved our stay. I know our rabbits enjoyed the quiet area as well. Needed a place last minute and were able to check in only 30 min after booking. Fantastic host, would definitely want to stay again in the future if back in the area.

This is a beautiful home for a group. We celebrated Thanksgiving here with our family and there was enough space for everyone, and also a gorgeous back yard where you could relax in relative privacy. I highly recommend this neighborhood to anyone who wants a little more space around them. I went for a couple of runs, and it is a beautiful area. A couple of notes: it mentions that it is walking distance to some things, and that is if you want to walk two plus miles. It really isn't walking distance to anything, but it isn't terribly far either. Everything you need is around a ten minute drive. Also, Brad takes quite a bit of time to respond to requests. Also, anyone visiting Durham can get a free YMCA pass for a week, so you don't have to stay here to get that benefit.

Christina was so quick to respond during the reservation process as well as during our stay. Her little cottage was a delight from the convenient layout, the cleanliness, the large fenced in back yard which was particularly wonderful for our dogs, and the hacienda feel. She even had a bag of ice in the freezer, such a welcomed "find." We will definitely stay there whenever in the area. The location is convenient to the highway and only minutes away from whatever you might want. We were in the area for a dog show so didn't venture out too much . When not at the show, we simply enjoyed sitting in the backyard enjoying the peace and quiet.

Amazing home for hosting a holiday weekend with family. Excellent kitchen for cooking with every necessity thought of. We enjoyed the fire pit and deck. So many options for entertainment that we didn’t use but would have enjoyed if we had more time. We would love to come again. Beautiful home. Quite. Comfortable beds and sparkling new sheets and towels. So much room for a family of six to spread out and have privacy. Spotless. Cozy. Inviting. Excellent communication. Thank you Collin.

My wife and I stayed here with our two American Akitas for my college reunion. It was exactly what we were hoping for: a very nice, clean, and updated home with a very large (bigger than expected from the photos) and completely fenced-in yard for our dogs. Our dogs seemed so comfortable and at home in this house, and we loved watching them enjoy the yard from the raised deck above. Check-in, check-out, and other communications all went smoothly!

I stayed in this unit with my small dog for a month, and it was a super comfortable place for a long-term stay! The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in, the bed is comfy, and the space is great. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and convenient. Parking was never an issue. Adam and Rachel were always VERY responsive when issues cropped up—I really appreciated how quickly they got back to me with a resolution. The only thing to note - the walls in the unit are very thin, so you will 100% hear your neighbors—just a reminder to be considerate if you choose to stay here. I’d absolutely stay again!!

Our stay at Emily's place was great! She was extremely responsive to all our questions. The location is very walkable to Duke's East Campus, which was very convenient for us. The place is clean and has everything we needed for a peaceful stay.

Our stay was great! This was our second time staying here for Dreamville festival as we had such a great stay last year! Would definitely recommend! Super cozy and clean, easy to get in and out and you feel right at home. Hopefully we get a chance to come back!

This was the perfect place to stay while working remotely and visiting family in Durham. Walkable to shops for breakfast and lunch, clean living space with the right amenities, and a really nice bedroom/office set up! Will stay here again next time we're in town.

The neighbourhood and the apartment was gorgeous and calm. Close to the university and restaurants. Easy to travel by foot. I will for sure try to stay there again when I come back to the city.

Great host, location, and unit - walkable to Downtown Durham.

We had a lovely time here! The house is so charming, with a beautiful garden, in a lovely, quiet area, and within walking distance of downtown. The hosts are very responsive and flexible. Wish we got a chance to pet the dogs ;) Can’t recommend it enough.

Absolutely beautiful and quaint place. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Fully stocked up with extra sheets, pillows, and plenty of cleaning supplies. Wish I could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed our stay in Chapel Hill. The condo was just as described, had everything we needed, and was close to shopping, restaurants, UNC, and Bolin Creek walking trail. Communication was on point, and we would definitely choose to stay at Quiet Condo again!
