This is a nice place, it had everything we needed and was clean. Ian was a great communicator. The shower was a little on the small size.

My son and I came down from South Carolina to visit family and friends for 10 days .. the house was very cozy and comfortable..we had a great stay..nice location too ..would definitely recommend this cute little getaway nestled in the woods over looking lost lake ..very pretty and soul soothing.Thank you Brian for being such a great host 😊

This was a cozy and comfortable place to spend a night and was a great base for getting to know Groton. If you're going to a concert at the Groton Hill Music Center, it's a fantastic option for a close place to stay!

It was a great stay! The apartment was nice but it was a little cold, so the extra blankets and thermostat access was appreciated.
