Beach house vacation rentals in Dunsborough

Convenient location close to Dunsborough shops, beach. Beach & walking/running track accessible via a short corridor between 2 townhouses. Wayne set up the beds into singles for us once we asked. Balcony is fantastic, comfortable & private. Pool table. Comfortable lounge area with throw rugs to snuggle with. Huge kitchen. We were on a girls weekend & the townhouse was perfect.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful Gracetown property. The location was 10/10, easy access to the beach and amazing views from the upper level and balconies. The house was very clean and matched the images.

We had a great stay at Peppy Beach Retreat. The house was beautiful and the surroundings were fantastic. You are just by the beach and the views are stunning. The house is extremely comfortable and the hosts are very responsive. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was lovely and set in a great location - very peaceful and perfect relaxing getaway. The downstairs bed was very comfortable, the spa bath in the ensuite was such a treat. It was also a bonus being walking distance to both the beach and the Common Bar & Bistro. The house was really well set up for families too - there were heaps of toys, books, and DVDs to keep the kids entertained. My 4 year old son didn't want to leave and asked if we could stay again. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay with family. So much space and hang out areas so as a group of ten we never felt crammed. Quiet location, easy walk to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing place to stay and done to such a high standard. Location was great…so close to the beach and nearby towns of Vasse and Dunsborough, Chelsea is a great host and was really responsive and helpful. One downside was the construction next to the property. Whilst it was noted on the booking at the start, work has carried on longer than expected/advertised. Appreciate that this may be out of the hosts control, but being woken up some early mornings by the sound of construction work wasn’t ideal. Nonetheless, property was amazing and would highly recommend it!

The seahorse was a wonderful stay. Everything was as described and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Veronica was extremely helpful and gave some excellent advice on things to do locally. Highly recommend the seahorse for anyone looking for an extremely relaxing stay within a beautiful house with outstanding views.

We had a fantastic stay — thank you to all at Swell Stays! The house was exactly as described and worked really well for a week away with a multigenerational family, including some who needed a little extra help. A couple of small things that might help future guests: the pool isn’t heated (totally fine on sunny days, but a bit chilly for little ones when the clouds came over in March/April), and a quick guide to which air-con remote controls which room would be handy — we may have missed it, but figured it out easily enough. Loved the location, with some very enjoyable walks to the pub for Happy Hour. Overall, a great spot that felt like good value for money — we’d happily stay again.

The house was comfortable and homely. We had a great break and the grandkids absolutely loved it. Can highly recommend a stay there if you’re looking for an oceanfront front retreat.

Jenny's place is very well equipped and you can probably find almost any piece of cooking equipment you might need. There are signs of wear and tear on some equipment and furniture but this does not affect usage. There is a garage but it was used to store receeation equipment and the dryer so it could not be used- if it is raining, this means you will need to make a run for the front door as you won't be sheltered. Otherwise, not much of an issue to just park in front of the house. Kids were delighted with the table tennis table and made use of it nightly. Lots of bin chickens and other birds in the neighbourhood which was a delight to spot. Overall great base to explore the Busselton area.

Had such an awesome stay. Home was exactly as described, being able to light the inside fire with the wet weather was perfect. Grateful that Christy organised the wood/lighters for us! Short walk to the White Elephant for delicious coffee and brekky. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thanks so much!!

This treetop hideaway was the perfect location for our weekend away. It has everything you could possibly want, the tennis court was awesome fun, walking distance to the beach and a great layout. Overall had a wonderful time, only downside was having to come back to reality afterwards! Thank you so much!

We had a really comfortable stay at the house. The place was clean, well-furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. One of the highlights was definitely the fast and reliable NBN internet – perfect for remote work and streaming in the evenings. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the beds were quite comfortable. The only reason for dropping one star is that there were a few minor maintenance issues (like a carpet need cleaning in main area, one of the bedroom doesn’t have a heater ), but nothing that affected our overall experience. Would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a cozy, internet-ready place to stay. We’d happily come back!

A perfect home for our two week stay of surfing, hiking and exploring the area! In a lovely quiet location, a walk from the beach, White Elephant cafe and The Common, close to great surf and coastal walking tracks. The house had everything we needed with the added bonus of some kitchen supplies and games for a lazy day. Our hosts were so warm and welcoming and always responsive. We look forward to returning next year!

A lovely private place, handy for Caves Road and Yallingup beach; with Cafe, General Store and Bakery as you turn in. The house was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely deck and chairs to relax.
