Our Waverley studio is light, sunny and modern with the most stunning harbour views. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise over the Otago peninsula. This unit gets all day sun, with fantastic views right down to the sea heads and back to the city. There is private access to the studio which is situated under our family home. It only has external access to the studio room. It is self contained with a fridge, jug, toaster, microwave, bathroom, wardrobe and a living space. It has a deluxe queen bed.

Very nice tidy two bedrooms apartment with a separate entrance, newly renovated bathroom and toilet and buffet/dining area with microwave, rice cooker,toaster, fridge and cutleries. Can accommodate up to five people. Beautiful view of the peninsula, harbour, south Dunedin, and the pacific ocean. Complete privacy in the ground floor level. If there is anything you need we are on the second floor. 5 minutes drive to the Octagon Central City area and 10 minutes drive to the Forsyth Barr Stadium.

All the benefits of being rural but only 2 minutes by car to Mosgiel New World and shops. 15 minutes drive to Dunedin airport Or Dunedin city. No street noise so a very peaceful place to stay. You have your own living space, bedroom, bathroom, car park and patio to relax outside. Sofa bed in the living area sleeps two. Great place to enjoy the stars at night with no street lights. Located at the edge of Westwood Recreation Reserve is our beautiful Scandinavian-style house which has a private bedroom downstairs with an ensuite, a kitchenette and a patio surrounded by native bush. Our property is close to a beautiful sandy beach which is accessible by car within a 2-minute drive. It is 20 min from Dunedin's airport, 15 min to Dunedin's CBD and a 5 min drive to famous Tunnel beach. All linen and towels provided, private bathroom, free onsite parking, and unlimited wifi.
