Beautiful villa in excellent position with fabulous views. Beds very comfy with quality linen and decent towels. Gorgeous garden with some blooms. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

This house is at high on a hillside. There isn’t much in the area that you can walk to. Supermarket is about 20 minutes walk away everything is within four minutes drive away. I walked to and from the beach which took about an hour each way. The coastline is spectacular. The house was beautiful it has the best dishwasher I’ve ever used. The garden is private with glimpses of ocean. Every day the sunset was just spectacular. The renovation is thoughtful and use a friendly. The house has enough blankets and heaters and rugs for cool days. The hot days didn’t affect the house too much when I was there. The beds are comfortablethere is well enough towels and sheets for longest days. Had a lovely time in the garden and the bath and baking in the kitchen. I highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! The house offered excellent value. All the facilities worked so well, brilliant shower, great kitchen, excellent utensils. The super touch of toiletries wrapped in the towels for each guest is a sophisticated touch, replicated throughout. Mel was very quick to respond to any request we had, and did so in a way that made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Dunedin with a family and have a vehicle that needs secure off street parking.

Very nice and clean space with stunning view. I found the parking a little hard to do reverse parking but other than that it was perfect.

The house is really beautiful, more beautiful than the picture, thank you for sharing your house, the children love it, and the eggs and milk you sent, it was a very pleasant experience.

We really liked our stay at Karens, we had everything we needed, considering that the unit is part of her home it was very quiet, the bed was firm but comfortable, we would stay again. very good value for money.

This lovely apartment was comfortable, with cool furniture and beautiful art. We were so happy to have a cozy fireplace and plenty of heating throughout the apartment. The neighbourhood is convenient and has a great butcher and bakery right across the street. We were in town for a conference at Distinction Hotel (which was fully booked -lucky for us) because we were able to enjoy a full apartment instead of one hotel room.

I stayed here with my husband and 3 children. The space was enough for the 5 of us. It was within walking distance of a few local cafes and restaurants, a couple of shops and is a 10 minute drive into the city centre. It was really quiet and we felt safe in the neighbourhood. On street parking was always available right in front of the house. Natalie's place was lovely and very clean. It was warm and the beds were comfortable. We used the fire place on the cold evenings and that was perfect. Natalie responded to messages quickly and was lovely and very helpful. I would 100% recommend staying here and would certainly choose to do so again.

Nick's place was perfect for us. Awesome views of the Harbour and the activities there, close to the bike trail, close to the city. Great spot.

House was excellent for 2 couples and 2 kids. There’s a lot of thoughtful instructions and there was everything we needed! My daughter celebrated her 10th birthday on Sat. We appreciated being able to cook food and have a family over for cake. Thank you very much. Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful place! We got a lovely warm welcome from the whole family (doggies, pigs, sheep and cow included!). The views are amazing and the place is lovely and cosy with the fire. Thank you for having us and our dogs.

This is truly one of Dunedins most iconic and beautiful homes. It is immaculately clean and presented. The views are beautiful. There’s so much space and the pool and sauna are such unique features. Well worth the money. We will back very soon! Thanks Jason

Beautiful area to stay in. Private Sauna and Spa was a major sell! Thoroughly enjoyed a couple of nights at Pauls place.
