The cottage was homey and very comfortable. Julie always responded to us very quickly, and stayed on top of all of our questions. The beach was incredible, the kids had as much fun as us. We definitely would recommend, and would love to go back!

Was a great stay for my family. Could walk to nearby restaurants and beach with easy. House was very clean and very comfortable and loved the fenced in backyard and hot tub. Was everything we expected and more. Was a wonderful stay

The house was even more beautiful than in the pictures! The appliances were great quality and the house was very clean. The view of the ocean was beautiful. We had a lovely stay!

My wife and I after a somewhat difficult 2024 were looking for a place to get away too with our dear older dog for New Year’s Eve and to start 2025! Blair’s place fit the bill. Lovely waterfront spot to relax and just forget about things for a few days. We didn’t want to leave. We reached out to Blair a couple of times with questions and he was very helpful and got back to us promptly. We will have to return, maybe next time during the summer!

The cottage is in a fantastic location with stunning views. The kitchen was well-equipped, making our cooking very easy and enjoyable. Lisabelle was incredibly responsive and had everything thoughtfully prepared for our stay. We truly felt at home and highly recommend this place to our family and friends!

I can’t say enough great things about the cottage. Impeccably clean, beautifully kept, exactly as described in the ad. Very well appointed with literally anything you would need to stay there. Quiet, pristine setting in a beautiful little village. I will absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend this cottage to friends and family. This space was so beautiful and even better than what the photos looked like! The view is spectacular, the kitchen was well stocked and easy to use and all the beds comfortable! It was especially great staying there with a one and a half year old and having access to a toy room. Would love to stay here again!

Had a wonderful time here. The pool was fantastic, spent many hours floating in it. The covered deck a great place to spend time reading and watching birds, and the newly-renovated bathroom made me jealous! The property is large, my dog had a good time exploring. The sound of geese and ducks spendig the night on the beach lulled us to sleep. The house is a very short drive from Shediac main street, lots of restaurants and grocery shops and places to walk. The only downside I found to the place is at low tide, if the wind is in the right direction, there can be a sulphur smell outside. The smell doesn't last long and doesn't make it inside the house. Lauren was very helpful and quick in communications. Overall I'd highly recommend this place.

My stay at the charming beachfront cottage on York Street was nothing short of perfect. The cottage itself was impeccably clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the outdoor amenities—starting our mornings with a peaceful coffee on the patio, followed by a dip in the pool. The surroundings are serene, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home.

This is our third time at Moniques and it is more wonderful each time. Monique is a professional host and the house is spectacular. What a wonderful part of NB especially for us, as our kids are in French immersion. Beach right down from the house is beautiful and everything you need can be bought locally. We drove into Shediac for a couple patio meals and pier jumping. So sad to head home but we will be back to NB!

The views were spectatular...the little extras were appreciated. My questions were answered right away. The place was very clean and cozy. It would have been nice to have queen beds instead of doubles. Otherwise I would rent it again.

Amazing location!! Cottage was perfect!! Everything we needed for a week stay was included. The private beach was perfect was long walks searching for sea glass!!

Great spot away from it all but still enjoyed a few outings. Akadi Illumina in Bouctouche was a highlight. Kayaking, fishing, and swimming! Love the added touches of arrival snacks and did not need for anything while there! Would love to return one day!

Lovely modern condominium with garage, 2 beds and all mod cons on three floors (beware if stairs are an issue). Located on the bay at Shediac Bridge, convenient short drive to Shediac and shops. A guy can never have too much Lobster!

This spot made for such a lovely stay on the island. Beautiful property and great location a short distance away from amenities. Dave, Kim and Jaelyn were excellent hosts and made it feel like home. We would love to return for another visit.

The property is simply beautiful. It's hard to put into words how amazing the location is. Private and pristine; the birds, the sound of the waves, the ocean air.. it all felt like we were in a beautiful movie or beach novel. We were comfortable inside with everything we could need. The living space was very clean and cozy. We were comfortable outside (even though our first night was rainy) with lots of seating and a covered wrap-around deck and screened-in section. There is a beautifully lit sitting area near the water. The trail to the ocean covers the views, and I can't fail to mention the sunsets. They are a must-see! The kayaks, ping pong table, and other games and puzzles are such nice touches. Throughout our stay, the co-host was extremely friendly, responsive and attentive to our needs, A+. There are not enough characters available to leave the best review but we HIGHLY recommend this property. We will be back!

This was our second stay at Glamping by the Sea, and we loved every minute of it. The set up is super private, and comfortable. The ocean is just steps away- the kids enjoyed all the hermit crabs and hunting for shells. I enjoyed the hot tub and views. This could not be a more perfect place.
