The Sunset Haven -Carron Point Beach

Angela’s house is just as you see it in the pictures. The beach is great and literally in your backyard! The sunsets are incredible. The house is massive with a big kitchen ideal for groups and big families. The house is very well equipped and furnished with a thought for every detail to feel at home. It actually feels like a friends home you would have borrowed, that’s how homey it feels. The only downside like other comments mentioned are the bloody mosquitoes who will eat you alive after 5.00pm. It might have been nice to have a protected outdoor area. Also, if you’re picky with the taste of water, this one tastes a little bit like lake water. We had a great stay at Angela’s and we would all highly recommend the place to friends and family!

It was such a lovely home. We enjoyed it a lot. We slept well in the comfortable bedrooms. And the living space was great for us. We did a lot, despite the weather! We loved the Veloroute and will go back to do more of it. It was fun for us, especially the boardwalk (that we could cycle) at Shippagan. Also, we had never heard of the Acadian Historic Village and it was well worth a visit. We went to the Miscou Lighthouse, walked the Miscou Bog Trail, visited the "Candy" Church, and just had a great time with our friends from Ontario.

We had a very pleasant 5 days at Lise's cottage. I know the area very well and our choice of Caraquet was what we were looking for for the quality of its restaurants as well as the warm welcome of the population. There is a good choice of very interesting activities to suit all ages. The cottage is very comfortable and the location is perfect. The sea view makes the place very relaxing. We will definitely go back when we return to the area if it is available during our next stay. / Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréables dans le chalet de Lise. I know the area very well, and our choice of Caraquet was just what we were looking for, for the quality of its restaurants and the warm welcome we received from the locals. There's a good choice of interesting activities to suit all ages. The cottage is very comfortable and the location is perfect. The view of the sea makes it very relaxing. Great stay!

Well stocked cottage with everything you need and more. Very quiet and beautiful view of the Bay with Miscou bridge in the background. Well lit inside and out. Would stay again!

Thank you Pierre! Our stay at the Chalet in Maisonnette was amazing. The location could not have been more perfect—just a close walk to the sandy beach and absolutely beautiful views of the sea. The very spacious house offered an excellent kitchen, comfortable furniture and bedding and a nice deck overlooking the bay. Moreover, we found the Acadians to be very warm and welcoming. Our group of seven throughly enjoyed our trip!

We had a great time! The surrounding beaches are beautiful, especially Youghall. There were a lot of mosquitoes which made it more difficult to have dinner outside and enjoy the class but it seems generalized to the area at this time of year. Thank you for your welcome!

Michelle’s camper was clean and well equipped with everything we could have needed as well as some extra touches that were much appreciated! The beach was beautiful and great location not far from Tracadie . We really enjoyed our stay here !

Sylvie's place is welcoming, clean and quiet. It had everything we needed and more. We were super comfortable. Sylvie was helpful and responsive. We'd definitely recommend this suite.

We had a great stay, everything was very comfortable. The only thing is the location is not very private, the other part of the property is right out front, there’s an apartment above the garage where either the owner or someone else is staying and at some point they were loading/unloading the car at 3 am. Otherwise it’s a great place, beautiful view!
