This apartment is very well kept and clean. There is parking outside which is great. If someone needs to be in the centre of the town/village, this may not be the best place, but it is only a 20/25 minute from the village, pub, restaurants, bus/DART etc. It's located in a nice quiet wooded area close to town. The owner is very good to deal with, and it's a lovely apartment.

Very close to UCD, where my daughter is studying, Grainne’s place was a home away from home. Grainne, her husband and their puppy Zeus were extremely friendly. Thank you for a great stay. We hope to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in this treasure of an Airbnb. It’s a stunning location right in heart of Monkstown. Seapoint and the village just a stone throw away. The apartment is so lovely and spacious. We had all the amenities we needed and Eavan very kindly facilitated some special requests for our baby, as well as leaving a little box of toys for him. Felt at home and looked after. Will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!

Great secure location. It feels super safe. We felt very welcome in the apartment and it was a great home for our weekend in Bray. The place is just as described and as shown on the pictures. Place was clean, had fast secure WiFi, was well heated, and the kitchen + bathroom were brand new. Communication with Sandra was super easy and check-in worked very well. There was a super market right across the street which is super convenient. To go to Dublin, we used the train, which was just a 10min walk from the apartment. Overall, it was a lovely stay in Bray and we fell in love with this Beach town even though it was a winter month. We'd be happy to come back.

Teresa is a wonderful host, and her home is fantastic. The place was exactly as described, with spacious beautiful rooms, comfortable furniture and well-equipped kitchen. The location is great - walking distance to the Luas, and lots of secure parking at the house. What really makes this listing special is the extra mile Teresa goes to make your stay perfect. We were travelling with two little ones over Christmas, and she left treats, decorations and even presents for them! She had also stocked the kitchen with bread, milk, cereal, coffee, tea, fruit etc. so we didn't have to go searching for anything that first night! Teresa was super responsive to any messages, and incredibly helpful at all times. We will definitely be back.

Perfect accommodation for groups of people. It's large, comfortable, clean, and has everything. I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely house in a nice quiet suburban area. Good public transport links nearby and a Spar and Domino's just around the corner. The kids loved the garden.

Had a great stay with friends this weekend! The house had everything you could need and felt like a home away from home and the kitchen was beautiful. In a peaceful quiet neighborhood. Public transportation was easy to use from the house (about 1 hour from Dublin city center and 30 minutes fro Dun Laoghaire - just to note if trying to be closer to those spots). Would stay again.

Lovely house, very comfortable beds, lots of space, everything working perfectly

The place was very affordable and and has a lot of space which makes the price worth it. The cats were very friendly and not hard to take care of at all. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable to be on and I miss them still. Aislinn was very communicative and gave a lot of good recommendations and was always on top of things in regards to helping. Only issues were the water temperature (it didn't stay warm long), the internet (It would not allow googoogle search on my laptop, so if you are working while traveling that can be an issue, but the other services on tv and being able tonuse the phone made up for it), and the bedroom had some wear and tear (but not too huge of an issue.) I would stay here again if given the option.

We had a fantastic stay at Sara's. Absolutely beautiful house and surroundings. Helpful host and immaculately presented accommodation. There's plenty to do in the area as well. Highly recommended :)

Despite the age of this historic building the apartment is very modern and has all amenities. We loved that we could adjust heating/ room temperature ourselves. it's very clean and communication with our hosts was easy. Location is great & Greystones well worth a visit.

Peter was such a warm, welcoming, and informative host! The free parking that comes with his place is a huge bonus if you have a rental car. Plus, he’s an easy taxi ride from all of the major Dublin city sites and we never had to wait longer than four minutes to get picked up. Thank you Peter for hosting us while we enjoyed your great city!

Liam’s place was perfectly located for our holiday vacation in Dublin. It was well equipped & a great home base for our small family. Liam was highly responsive and a wonderful host. We would definitely love to stay at Liam’s home if our travels took us back to Dublin again.

Staying John’s place was great for 11 days over the Christmas period. The location is perfect for accessing Dublin, with local bus services or easy taxi ride and easy walking to supermarkets, local park & local villages for shops & restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped & quiet. Beds were really comfortable. John was a very responsive host & quickly helped resolve our heating questions & very kindly rescued us when we accidentally locked ourselves out on Christmas Eve! There was also a fabulous welcome pack full of goodies to keep us going over the holidays. As it’s a top floor apartment the views of the Dublin mountains every morning were great & we also benefited from the lovely winter sunshine streaming in the windows. A great stay for the 4 of us & would highly recommend.

Great location in Dublin, it’s a very walkable city and there was a lot to do just out the door. Would definitely like to go back!

Stayed here over the weekend for my brothers stag do. There was 9 of us and plenty of space for everyone. Everyone room has an en suite which is really good. Lorraine was very helpful and suggested numerous restaurants. 15 minute tram journey away from temple bar the main area fairly easy to find with a McDonald’s and Costa just down the road. Lorraine was very helpful with helping us getting an earlier check in . Would highly recommend badbobs for evening very good singers and atmosphere. Overall apartment was very clean no issues what so ever some snacks were provided. Lorraine was very helpful throughout the process of booking. Would stay again

We've stayed with Simon several times in the past and have to say it's perfect. The house is spotless and so comfortable. It has everything you would need. The location is beautiful with great nature walks right at your font door. It's located close to Greystones main street with great restaurants and seafront walks. Simon is a wonderful host, friendly and responsive and available if needed. Looking forward to returning again soon!

It was our first time in Dublin and found staying in this apartment to be the perfect location for our trip! And the apartment was clean and comfortable.
