Vacation rentals with breakfast in Dumaguete

We stayed for a couple of nights to visit the nearby whale watching area that is literally 5 minutes away on a moped. Check in was easy, we were met by Ian who let us in. Beautiful property and position overlooking the sea so great views. Vilma very friendly and helpful with local info, she arranged moped hire and advised the best time to go whale watching and other nearby attractions (waterfalls gorgeous!) Room clean and comfortable with en-suite shower bathroom and aircon. We had access to lounge and huge balcony so it almost felt like our own apartment. Breakfast was cooked by Vilma plentiful and delicious. We walked down the steps to the small private beach, a nice area to take a book and chill although we were out most of the days.

Karlheinz was a most interesting and engaging host. Not only did he provide us with a nice clean room with good AC overlooking the ocean but he also gave us some unique experiences with local cooking of the chef variety better than anywhere else in Cebu. He ensured that our needs were met anytime including drinks, food, boat ride or information for local activities. Although close to the road and a bit noisy during the day, it was relatively quiet at night. The bathrooms though shared were well-maintained and clean. Water pressure is an issue here like everywhere else in Cebu. I would recommend your stay here if only to engage with this gentleman and learn of his experiences in the Philippines and beyond. A great conversationalist in sharing personal stories and enticing others to create change in our world.

It’s a very good living experience, the house is clean, sanitary, and the house in the mountains, it’s very quiet, suitable for quiet enjoy life. The landlord was very warm and invited me to their party. We became friends.

We had a great stay! Our hosts were lovely, and provided lots of local tips, arranging a visit to the whale sharks, Kawasan falls and Sumilon Island. The private beach is also a great spot below. The public spaces felt very private, it was a great place to relax. Would throughly recommend to all.

It was an amazing stay with Dioscora. The stay comes with a free breakfast. The room was very spacious and clean and also it is accessible to nearby attractions. We love their common area in the 3rd floor where you could eat while chat with friends. Their staff are also very accommodating :) Thank you so much!

Comfortable space for one or two travellers. Location has a gate that is closed at night to provide a sense of security for your motorbike. Fridge and kettle were provided in the room but there is no hotplate or stove. Host kindly provided a rice cooker on request which made preparing meals easier. There is access to a gas stovetop behind the lounge and there is powered mineral water dispenser outside the rooms for hot and cold drinking water. Be aware that if you need to work while staying the wifi signal and speed are very slow and subpar. The location is perfectly situated between Larena and Siquijor making grocery shopping easy. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at Doris Ann’s accommodation in Siquijor! I wish I had stayed longer. The place is right next to a bar, and they mentioned that the bar usually has a live band, so if you’re looking for a peaceful stay, this might not be the right spot. But if you’re in the mood to chill and have fun, it’s perfect! The room has two queen-size beds, ideal for friends on vacation, and there’s a small kitchen with water, coffee, and a mini fridge. The toilet is clean, though I highly suggest opening the small window in the shower for privacy—just make sure to pull back the shower curtain after you finish. Overall, a great stay, and I’d rate it 10 out of 10!

I booked 3 rooms for my family and we had a great experience with this place. The view is stunning, peaceful, and clean. The amenities listed are functioning well. Breakfast is great.

Robert’s place and staff were sensational! The staff were so friendly and Robert was very responsive on messages. He even sorted me a great deal for the whale shark swimming (give him a message if your planning on doing it before you book anywhere) The grounds were incredible and the ocean sea rise in the morning was spectacular, I would recommend Robert’s place to anybody!

Friendly and very accommodating staff. Breakfast is great. Lunch and dinner comes from elsewhere but they facilitate the ordering so I don't have complaints there. I think it is smart business-wise since people would like to explore and eat outside anyway. The pool is clean and the view is stunning. The surrounding garden and rest areas are serene and peaceful. My only feedback is that I would suggest the host to proactively recommend/offer transportation services to the place to the guest. We rented an SUV from Mactan Airport where we squeezed everyone with our luggages and found out that they could contact someone we could rent a van on the way back which is cheaper and more comfortable for the 4-hour drive from the airport to the place. I can say that our experience is great staying at this place.

One of the best professional service that i had in asia. It deserve a 4* service level! I had an accident before to come and i was looking for a place in dumaguete to have a rest and watch some movies/tv show before to go to apo island and noreen arranged everything for me, even before to come and in the best way ever (confortable king size bed, netflix in the living room, even a tablet in my room to enjoy my movies in a quiet place + snaks and a wonderful message on arrival!) She even arrange my pick up from the airport and drop of to the port the day after for a very reasonable price. The place itself is so great and new. All what you need for a perfect stay. The people working there are so nice and always asking if everything is good, with a beautiful smile. Thank you one more time for all what your have done to make my stay confortable and making me smiling all the time. Definitely recommand this place and if i will come back to dumagete it will be my 1st choice.
