Monthly Rentals in Duke University - Main Campus, Durham

Great spot nestled right near Duke’s East Campus. We didn’t have a car, and we were able to access lots of great restaurants and get around easily without one. The Airbnb was also spotless, and in a super quiet area of town. Will definitely be telling our friends about this spot if they are visiting Duke and the surrounding areas!

Very close to duke. Great location. Only negative was — only one bathroom which could be an issue if you have large family. Otherwise really good location and great communication.

There was a slight misunderstanding with another guest upon check-in, but Scott was super responsive and things were clarified and settled quickly. And the place was wonderful! We were in town for a conference at Duke, and we so appreciated being able to walk to campus and to restaurants from our home base. We even remarked a number of times that it was a pity we were so busy - we barely got to enjoy the comfy Airbnb! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the whole experience was seamless. I highly recommend this place if you need to be at Duke for whatever reason; if I’m ever back in Durham, I’ll definitely try to snag it again!

Great bungalow. I stayed a couple of nights with my wife and dad. The house was great for my elderly dad, the standup shower is super. The house was immaculate when we arrived, super easy access to the house. We really enjoyed the back porch in the evenings. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, coffee, plates and utensils you can possibly need. It is really close to Duke and surrounding restaurants.
