Very good value for money! Looked exactly like the pictures. Also, the kitchen is reasonably well equipped, so we could cook. The location is good for traffic and there are supermarkets and playgrounds nearby. Only the gas station (right next to the bedrooms) is sometimes a bit noisy if you want to go to bed early. When we had a short time issue, Ana was very helpful and responded quickly.

Very stylish decor with a great view. Couldn’t use the rooftop pool due to the fires in LA and the subsequent ash, but it looked great. It’s close to many theaters and hip shops and restaurants. If you are looking for a true urban experience, it’s a good and affordable option.

We enjoyed staying for 11 days at Richard's charming and comfortable Monrovia apartment, that was more like a guest house. A great place for the 2 of us and our fur baby! Richard was a great host, very responsive and considerate. We loved walking through the neighborhood and old town Monrovia. We would definitely stay here again!

Georgetta was very pleasant and answered very quickly. Place is close to all the places we wanted to visit. Will book again.

The location was perfect for us. Walking to distance to all the nice restaurants, parks and other things to do in Montrose. Very nice and peaceful area well off the main road. Very clean and nice property. While we didn’t cook everything is there and nicely organized if we had wanted to. Nice comfortable beds. Anthony is a very friendly and welcoming host. Will seek to stay there again if we come to that area again. Wonderful stay!

Olena was an amazing host who was always willing to have a chat. She was always willing to help me with anything. And upon my arrival greeted me at the door and offered me tea and coffee. The next time I come to California, I'll be sure to stay here again!

Richard is a very responsive and friendly host! I have booked with Richard before and since the first time with him was so wonderful, I couldn’t help but book this listing since I needed a place in the Alhambra area for my visit. Check-in was very smooth. Clean towels were in every room. The bathrooms were all clean. There are single twin size beds in each of the living rooms. The location is great because it is close to many restaurants and also grocery stores. It’s very convenient. Everyone in my group enjoyed their stay!

Monica was a proactive and responsive host! She was always available and answered our questions in a timely matter. One of my family members was unsure if she could attend this trip and last minute was able to. Monica was flexible and so understanding regarding my situation. The house was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. If I could give one suggestion, I wish there could have been iron available. There were still extra blankets, pillows, and a hairdryer which was great! Thank you again for the great stay!

Mark a great host. Very friendly and the place was just a perfect fit for us. There were lots of restaurants. Not too far from downtown or airport. Definitely, if we’re even in the area again. We will check if mark has availability. Thank you again so much for your hospitality and beautiful home.

This is a very nice place to stay for a weekend or longer. We had a great time here. Perfect size place for a few friends or family to stay. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

We had the best time at Laura’s beautiful home! Seriously such a gem of a home! Our family enjoyed all the amenities but especially the popcorn station and the huge backyard! Laura was responsive from beginning til the end! Would definitely stay here again 😊

It was the best option we could have found. I was impressed with how clean and organized the house was. The stay was better than I could have imagined, and we had no inconveniences at all. A very quiet and nice neighborhood and enough space in the rooms. The host is very friendly and will make sure you are comfortable. I would definitely come back again 10/10 🙌🏼

Our hosts, Giselle and Ali, were outstanding. They offered fantastic recommendations for local attractions and the best restaurants, helping us experience Los Angeles like locals. Their attention to every little detail made our stay seamless and enjoyable. From prompt communication to thoughtful touches, Giselle and Ali went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could I would give them 10 stars!!!

We picked this home because of the free parking and the convenient location close to the NBA arena. It was like staying in a classy hotel. The instructions were clear to check in and out. Richard the doorman was so friendly and knew us by name after meeting us. The room had all the amenities described in the listing. The owners just installed new soundproof windows making outside noise almost inaudible (I imagine before it could be quite loud in the living room that overlooks the street). We never went up to the pool, but it seemed straightforward enough to use it if you want it. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in DTLA, we highly recommend this place! Hope to stay here again!

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and attention to detail. It’s right in the theater district. Although, it doesn’t come alive until Thursday through Sunday. The restaurants near by are great. The host was very helpful in finding things to do and where to eat. I’d stay here again.

Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for small families. Close by to restaurants and shopping mall. Jeffrey provides all the amenities and then some. There was even a high chair and play pen. Our little one loved the bunk bed. Jeffrey is a great and responsive host.

We had a wonderful 3 nights at Shants place in downtown LA. He was very responsive and accommodating to our every need and we will definitely be back for future stays. We recommend his place highly!
