Cheryl was always attentive to make sure we had what we needed, which made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend this little house to anyone looking for a charming and safe place to stay.

Oliver was proactive from the moment of booking. The house was easy to find with private back entrance. Place was clean and bedrooms were in order. Plenty of towels for our stay. 3 block walk to Monrovia center and pleasantly surprised to see a street festival every Fri night with food trucks and many vendors. Restaurants a plenty also. We had a great time and will definitely be booking again if in the area.

Lovely stay at Amanda’s place - great location to walk to local restaurants- we were visiting the Fairplex and again so close to get there. House is cosy and warm- Amanda was great in putting on lights and heating as we were delayed and got there late. House is clean and the neighbourhood is quiet and relaxed- thanks for a great stay - Ruth and scot - UK

This place is amazing. I was dropping my daughter at one of the Claremont Colleges and the location was an easy 10 min drive away. The house is huge and comfortable. The pool was so refreshing and had multiple seating areas, a bluetooth speaker, and a high edge to jump off . There is everything you need and more in the house- high end Aveda hair care products in the shower, a variety of 4 pillows on the bed from soft to firm to tempurpedic to choose from, the air conditioning was great, there were condiments and basics in the fridge, Mikasa dishware, Multiple streaming channels on the TV without having to put your own sign in on it, tons of pool towels, a garage for the car with an electric car charger, even hair rubberbands and bobby pins. One of the best places I've ever stayed.

Was so very very very grateful for Jihan and Meredith's hospitality, flexibility, and understanding for our stay. We ended up extending our stay twice as our home is undergoing remediation from the fires from Eaton Canyon. They were so fast in communication, accommodating, checked in our supplies and needs, and just were understanding of our constant little pivots. We're grateful that our family had a safe and calm place to land during such a chaotic season. Kids loved it.

This Airbnb exceeded all expectations and became the perfect setting for one of the most special moments of my life. I proposed on the rooftop at sunset, with the breathtaking downtown LA skyline as our backdrop—it was truly magical. The ambiance, the twinkling city lights, and the attention to detail in the home made it an unforgettable experience. Every part of the home was meticulously designed, making it the perfect getaway. It felt like a dream. A huge thank you to our hosts for making everything so seamless!

This is our second time staying at Jenny’s place for the holidays. She is a gracious host and let us have our extended family over for dinners and visits. The place is very clean and just as described. It has everything you need for your stay. It looks just like the pictures and there is plenty of street parking. Jenny is a very responsive host and will answer all your questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this place. I will stay here again when we visit the LA area.

We loved Eloisa’s place. It is large, homey and charming. Great beds, very well-stocked kitchen. We had trouble with tv in living room, which needed a cable put on and a password to reset. Other than that, all was better than expected. We hated to leave. Note: If you have small dogs, beware that they can escape through hedge near gate. Once we blocked it off all was well, but it needs a permanent solution.

Our stay was truly exceptional! The community is serene and the perfect base for exploring popular destinations like DTLA, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Orange County, and more. The house exceeded our expectations with its comfortable and inviting accommodations. We can't wait to return!

I stayed at Adrien’s beautiful spot after I was displaced from my apartment and my mom lost our childhood home in the Eaton Fire. Adrien’s place provided me the perfect little escape from the intensity of what we had just undergone and allowed me to seek refuge and start to rebuild my life. Her space is incredibly pet friendly and allowed my cat to finally be at ease and relax. I felt very safe in her home and found Adrien to be the most responsive, warm, and generous host which was hugely comforting to me during such a challenging moment in my life. I’m incredibly grateful to Adrien for creating such a welcoming safe haven and would encourage anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and relaxation to stay in her beautiful casita!

I entered the Airbnb in the immediate aftermath of the Altadena fire. The hosts were responsive and showed concern for my family's welfare and comfort. They were very empathetic and wanted to be sure we were safe. I appreciated that as well as the comfort of their home. Remarkably, they still had an air filter that was ready for use when many other rentals have put it away. I loved having a full kitchen and good pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. I appreciated every detail they put into this unit. Top notch in every way!

This rental was in a nice neighborhood where I had no safety issues and the road noise is not even a thing there. It is just as described. Perfect for my 2 daughters and I. Loved having personal washer/dryer access. The only downside is you can hear what every other tenant is doing (walking, vacuuming, playing with kids etc). Nice place at a great price. Trash was right by parking…so, very convenient. Also the fact you are promised off road parking is a huge plus. Would visit again.

Our trip started off as a complete disaster as our flight was delayed four hours, and our original Airbnb was canceled last minute. Thankfully, we found Lucy’s Airbnb , and she turned everything around! She was incredibly accommodating, granting us an early check-in when we desperately needed it. She also checked in with us periodically to make sure we were comfortable and even addressed a small sink leak in a very reasonable time. Her hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here. Lucy is a fantastic host!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean, and you could tell that a lot of care and attention to detail went into maintaining it. Everything was spotless, from the kitchen to the bathroom, and it made me feel right at home. The place was perfect as perfect can be. Easy check in and out, Jordan was extremely detailed on everything left little room for confusion,really clean just like the photos. So many places walking distance and I am grateful for the parking space because without parking could have been bothersome … I plan to come back often as a home away from home … thank you for everything Jordan!

Super clean space, nice security enforcement. Roof top hot tub is amazing!! Communication from Ali was kind and fast. If you are a light sleeper, use the ear plugs. All the instructions given are clear. Location is nice, check out the restaurants & bars that neighbor this building. Thank you!!!

Great hosts with thoughtful amenities in the condo. The place is a converted warehouse so thin walls and noise can heard in the hallways and neighbors. Amazing view from the living room. Neighborhood can be sketchy at night, but if you need to stay near the LA Live area/Convention Center/Crypto Arena, hard to beat!

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Shant’s place was perfect! I was there for a conference at the convention center which was a short Lyft ride there. If the weather was better I would have easliy walked. The interior looked even better than the photos and the entire building was clean and quiet. Despite being in busy DTLA, it felt safe and was very secure with security/door men at the entrance 24/7 (they were very friendly and kind too- added bonus!). It was easy to have groceries and food delivered to my door. The restaurant immediately next to the building was veryyy good and had food and beverages from 7am to 11pm- great atmosphere, food was delicious, service was great. There wasn’t many other places on that block but many just a block away. the grand central market was a 15 minute walk with lots of dining options. Very close to LA Live and Staple Center. The only thing to note is that it is in DTLA with a very diverse population of people. I highly recommend Shant’s place!
