Communication with Daria before and during the stay was impeccable: fast, factual and understanding. The house has an optimal location and thus you can easily reach Ghent, Bruges, the coast, etc. The house itself is spacious and clean. Everything necessary can be found. The garden offers not only cozy seating, but also space for the kids to play. We enjoyed spending six nights there and would like to come back.

Charming tiny house, thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Perfectly located just 2 minutes from the tram station with direct access to the city center. We’ll definitely be back!

Great host and an amazing space in a great location. Super close to the centre of Gent. We got an Uber for 13 euros each way. Great space for families.

Don't hesitate to book. This is a great find. Erwin provides a clear detailed helpful guide to his place and to Ghent. He was responsive and lots of little extras were provided. Easy travel into the centre of Ghent ( and buses are free with the Ghent City Pass which itself is brilliant value for money). The place itself is peaceful and to a high spec. Very comfortable with everything you need. We would happily stay again.
