Our recent stay at the apartment in the heart of Portarlington was perfect for a family wedding. The location was fantastic, right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the area. The apartment was spotless and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of celebrations. Communication with the host was incredible and efficient, ensuring that all our needs were met. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful stay by the bay!

We travelled to Melbourne to spend Christmas with our eldest daughter. Kate's unit accommodated the rest of our family perfectly. It was walking distance to our daughter's home and close to supermarkets etc. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Kate.

Sofia was extremely helpful. Provided everything plus more when requested and was lovely to deal with. The location is superb. The views of the ocean were wonderful. No noise from the shop below. It closes fairly early in the evening and the road outside is not busy after 9pm. Parking is excellent and of great valise when the beach gets busy. Close to Dromana shopping and facilities. Highly recommend

Amazing stay amazing place and amazing host! Close to everything and had the best time we found it a tiny bit pricey for just 2 of us as it was so big! But was so relaxing and if you had 2 family's sharing the cost it's well worth it! The view is to die for!

We loved our stay at this place. It was spacious and comfortable. We were walking distance to the beach and we had everything we needed for our stay. Vanessa was flexible and accommodating. Check in was easy. The late check out time was amazing. It was just perfect for a weekend trip with the family. We will definitely be back

We loved our stay at Scott’s place in Ventnor. The location was so lovely with amazing views of the beach. It was so easy to get everywhere from there. Scott was very good at communicating with us. His place is lovely & it’s like a tardis as it doesn’t look big from the outside but is really big when you go inside. We would definitely recommend staying there.

I want to say "don't go," but that's just because I want it all to myself! We come almost every summer and this place is a balm for our souls. The minute we walk in we all sigh a breath of relief to be back. Falling asleep to the sound of penguins calling out to each other in the rookeries is a magical thing. The beach frontage is superb and the view is mesmerising. The house is so brilliantly designed that our two families (8 of us) function and move about easily and the adult kids love the downstairs space for their independence. We are well aware that the kids only come for the house now and not for our company anymore! I would have to say that it is the best priced luxury on the Island. Thankyou for yet another blissful week away.

Elizabeth was a great host, very friendly and responded to all queries with no issue at all! The house was absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t fault anything, highly enjoyed my stay - was the perfect house for the morning of my wedding! The house had everything you will need for an enjoyable stay.

This Rosebud gem has all we needed for our family of 9 including three children. The proximity to the beach, cafes and shops was fantastic, the house felt like a home and was very well equipped. We would highly recommend and stay here again!

Great place to stay, it looks better than in the photos. The apartment is very spacious, modern, and the high ceilings make it look amazing. It is very close to the beach. The train station is very close and trains run very often so you don't need a car to move around. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved the apartment once we got in. We were cleared for early check in, but once we arrived , there was no access for 2 hours Also the combination inside the mailbox was difficult to operate for both checkin and check out . Other than that , we loved the apartment for location , comfort and access to beach , transportation and restaurants.

A wonderful stay in Frankston, a great location with direct access to the beach. It’s also a very private and peaceful studio, beautifully decorated and has everything you would need! The breakfast bits were also such a lovely touch, we felt right at home! The bed is also super comfortable!

My family and I had a beautiful stay over summer in Sid’s place in Seaford. The flat is 5 min walk to the beach - it’s lovely, light-filled, clean and spacious, with every amenity you could need. It’s at the back of the block so very quiet (no traffic noise, despite being on a main road) and surrounded by a garden and a creek. You can sit at the dining table, outside or lie on the couch and watch the birds and sunrise/sunset skies. The beds and pillows were particularly comfortable, and the kitchen, bathroom and laundry have the basics. While I did have an issue initially with the remote, it turned out to need a new battery - Sid was extremely helpful and prompt. A great stay - we’ll be back the next time we visit our family in SE Melbourne.
