Wow, what a beautiful getaway. My only regret is that we couldn’t have stayed for longer. We had such an action packed couple of days on the island that we didn’t get to enjoy this stunning home as much as I would have liked. Make sure you give yourself time to enjoy this gorgeous place! Above expectations for sure We will absolutely be back. An added bonus: The table space and multiple living rooms makes it perfect for working remotely

It was lovely to return to Victoria's house after 2 years. In walking distance of our favourite beach, Tideways, the house has everything we look for for a relaxed holiday. We really liked the option of two decks to lounge on; comfortable furniture; a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The colour scheme and fit-out has the right balance of style and functionality. Highly recommended!

This property offers privacy, comfort and facilities to walk straight in and enjoy the space. The furnishings are comfortable and clean - the outdoor spaces allow for relaxation by the pool, or watching the abundant bird life in the large back garden. The fence is very secure so those travelling with dogs it is easy to let them wander without worry of getting out. The pool was warm and a wonderful way to cool off after a day out exploring the surrounding areas. The bed we slept in was very comfortable and for those who rise with the sun - the natural light in the property brings you beautifully into the day. After a massive year of heartache, pressure and long distance travel - this was a wonderful way to de-stress, reboot and spring back to the joy of the holiday season. Definitely worth another visit while the weather is hot and the pool warm.

This place actually looks even better than the photos! Spotlessly clean and exactly as described. All amenities at your disposal, fabulous kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Super dog friendly and a lovely touch having dog treats on arrival. The hosts are incredibly easy to deal with and very responsive. Will absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend to others.

We loved our stay - such a beautiful home with modern amenities and loved being so close to the water where we wandered down several times. A lovely quiet area which was an added bonus! Thanks for having us - would absolutely recommend.

We really loved staying at Mellow Days. It felt immediately relaxing & peaceful. We arrived on a warm day & the air conditioning had been left on which was very thoughtful. Several bathrooms & outdoor spaces also greatly appreciated as well. Lovely host. thanks.

Lovely home and ideal for a large family. The kitchen and living area are very spacious. It was great having a separate fully contained unit under the main house. It is in a very quiet area and is an easy drive to the beach and restaurants. I would recommend 'Seajourn' to anyone looking to stay in Rye.

We stayed at this great apartment for the Australian day weekend and it was the perfect stay. The location was fantastic, right off the main street and walking distance to shops,restaurants and the beach.The apartment catered for all our needs and had fantastic veiws from the balcony and very child friendly. This place was stunning! And bigger than the pictures made it look. Everything was very clean. Amir was a great host and quick to communicate when we had a minor issue with check-in. Such a great location right in the heart of Sorrento! We loved this place! Highly recommend!

Perfect location, close enough to walk to the beach. The house was wonderful, open up the sliding door on the balcony to get a beautiful sea breeze coming through. Just what the family needed before going back to school. Pamela even let us have a late check out so we could have 1 last swim. Definitely recommend Pam as a host and her smiths beach townhouse!

A beautiful home and yard. Light, open, airy and well equipped (e.g. coffee machine and kitchen utensils). A short drive to the Main Street of Cowes.

A perfect base for exploring the peninsula, the accommodation was luxurious, private and functional. It is situated in a delightful and quiet residential area, a very short walk down to the beach. Hosts instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality.
