Stayed with family and a dog; even had friends over. The place is very cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and convenient. The hot tub made the chilly December evenings very pleasant. We visited during Christmas, so stores were closed. But we brought our own food and the kitchen was well equipped enough to cook it. There were both gas and charcoal grills on the patio. Charles is a caring and very responsive host. It's a short walk to Canyon Lake; sadly it was too low for kayaking but one was available just in case. Would be nice to revisit when it's warm and the lake is back to normal levels.

Beautiful property that is unique and very cozy. Super great and feels just as the pictures look in the listing. Joe is a great host, very helpful and welcoming, also having a great attention to detail with doing small things such as providing you with a pamphlet with his personal recommendations for local activities and restaurants along with good to have information. Would 1000% stay here again!

We loved the privacy on so much land, and the hot tub was our Fave! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Only cons for me would be the main door automatically locks after 30 seconds. If it wasn’t for my husband leaving his phone in the truck we would have been screwed because we could not remember the 8 digit code; which we would recommend minimizing to maybe 4. Other than that we have no complaints at all.! We will definitely be back!

Loved staying here, Kimberly was a wonderful host, this was a wonderful place to stay for a nice relaxing quiet weekend. There was everything we needed and more. It was a very comfortable stay and I highly recommend!

Absolutely an adorable house with a lot put into the decor. It felt like home away from home. There are 3 types of AirBnbs: 1. Not going back there 2. That was enjoyable 3. Didn’t want to leave We definitely DIDN’T want to leave. -Neighborhood was clean. -Property and inside of the house was clean. -Easy to find. -Was private but yet people were around. -Adorable unique decor. -Solid A/C and heater. -Great water pressure. -Host was very responsive and friendly. We want to stay there again!!!

I had an incredible stay at Diana’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that she went above and beyond to make our experience special. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing, and the added touches like candles, a festive banner, and champagne with cranberry ice cubes made everything feel so luxurious. She even brought out a large outdoor heater, which kept us cozy while enjoying the hot tub on a chilly evening. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and it truly made our weekend unforgettable. Great stay and very communicative host.

It was absolutely gorgeous! We were in town for a funeral and were able to book by 8PM and were in the Airbnb by 9PM. The host reached out multiple times to check in with us. NEVER have had that much communication and help from a host. He was WONDERFUL! We will be back for sure!

This place is perfect!! So peaceful and cozy! It was the best escape! My family and I enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely return soon!

This Airbnb was perfect for us. Just right for a party of two. We had everything we needed. The neighbor’s goat was a hoot. And the owner’s chickens and deer were a treat. Only 35 mins to downtown SA with everything you need close by. We loved the rural peace and quiet with the convenience, too. We will be back!

Was a great get away place. Definately quiet and peaceful!. Easy to get in and would definately stay there again.

Such a cute little place! Perfect for us and our pup. I loved the enclosed yard so we could let our dog run around. Only a few minutes walk to some nice restaurants or a cheap uber ride downtown. The restroom is stocked with anything you might need. We will definitely stay here when we are in the area again.

My friends and I absolutely loved our getaway at Kathy & Wayne's place! Not only was the location magical and the house perfect for what we were looking for, they also offered a 3pm check-out without us asking as they didn't have any guests coming the next day. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This is a wonderful Airbnb. One of my favorites I’ve stayed at. It’s a beautifully thought out little space. We needed somewhere close to McKinney Roughs for a class and this was a great location. Quick to Austin or Bastrop (both of which we visited). The recommendations, the nightlights, the helpful arrows to find the cottage (especially helpful in the dark!). We only wish we could have caught y’all to hear more about your art - next time! Highly, highly recommend. We would happily return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Although the title is Charming Home in Hill Country, it is more than that. We enjoyed the peace and privacy even though on the same 5 acres as the owners. The house was well stocked with fresh eggs and staples to start the long weekend. Although a cold winter Texas weekend, the heater worked well while we played games in the evening. The location was perfect to adventure out to wineries, distilleries and BBQ in the Austin, San Antonio and Fredericksburg triangle. Managed to visit the niche stores in Wimberley and Salt Lick BBQ just down the street. Meeting Shelley, John and their 4 legged furballs were a plus. We definitely will be back and perhaps just to relax and read books.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage nestled on the Greenbelt in Austin! The location is perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet only a short 30-minute drive to downtown Austin. It’s conveniently close to great restaurants and shops, making it easy to enjoy both the serenity of the Greenbelt and the excitement of the city. The cottage itself was cozy, well-equipped, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the best of both worlds!

Sarah’s place was exactly as advertised - even better! We especially loved the large yard and landscaping and sitting out by the fire - it was a nice family retreat from the city!

We had an amazing week recovering at Elisha’s air bnb. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts. I would send a message and would get an answer a minute later. We needed a new tea kettle and they came 5 minutes later to replace it. Super responsive and so kind to my family. It was peaceful and felt like a second home. We cooked all week and the kitchen was equipped for that. There was a supermarket HEB 5 minutes away also Whole Foods 10 mins away. Places to eat also 10 mins away. We rented a car and had no issues getting to places. I had my 2 year old son and the set up was comfortable for him. We had a pack n play and high chair which made it easy for us. Also they gave us blocks that he played with which was a life saver. The yard was perfect running space for him and they also had a little park down the street which was very convenient for my son. We would take walks everyday to the park. Everything was great. I have no complaints. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10 !

I stayed at Jessica’s guest house for multiple weeks - it was clean, and came with all the amenities one can ask for. Jessica is a top notch host and was constantly communicating and coordinating to make sure my stay went smoothly. A++, would definitely stay there again

We had such a wonderful stay!! The property is peaceful and gorgeous, conveniently nearby Wimberley and had everything we could ever want for a weekend getaway. Francisco was nothing but a kind and gracious host, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back to stay again.

Betty's place was the perfect size for my family of 4. And the AMENITIES! The kitchen has everything you need. It's close to town and we were happy to stay in playing the card games she provided or going out for hiking, movies, etc. Check out when we left was super easy too.

Jill’s cottage was so beautiful and she is just the sweetest. I sat by the quiet peaceful lake every morning and felt so welcome even being in her backyard. There’s lots of privacy and the neighborhood is very spread out and green so it’s a great walk. It was great to be out in nature but still not too far from town like some lake houses are. Will definitely be back!
