We stayed here with our kids for the weekend. This was exactly what we needed. The space is exactly as you see in the photos. Very comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. The location was close to everything you want to see in Seattle. We really appreciated Sarah. She was very responsive and helpful from the moment we booked the home. She is what every Airbnb host should be like.

Susan place is our favorite. It’s like home away from home for us. Her place is comfortable, safe and wonderful neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery store, and Starbucks and book store. A wonderful walk to Lincoln park and to downtown area where they have a great farmers market. Her kitchen has all the supplies you need to cook and the bathrooms are very nice. Also she shares a washer and dryer in the basement. Having a piano is a great addition.

The home was just perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, living space was conducive to family life, bright open atmosphere, safe and enjoyable.

Our family was happy and cozy in this clean, well-furnished house. The beds are extremely comfortable, the street is beautiful, and the big windows let in lots of natural light (and also close fully for privacy and sleep). We felt right at home, and loved walking to the nearby park and restaurants. I’m sure we will be back. Thank you!

Our family of four (+ doggo) REALLY enjoyed our stay here. The house is well-provisioned, has an amazing kitchen, and comfortable furnishings throughout. The view is spectacular and really makes the place feel special. In terms of location, you really can't do better. It's so close to the heart of Seattle's Columbia City neighborhood with bars, restaurants, a world-class bakery, ice cream, coffee shops, a great grocery store, movie theater, and the Light Rail station. Best of all, we had A+ communication and responsiveness from the hosts. All around great stay. This is a can't-miss place. Book it.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Home was safe, walkable, and comfortable. Walked to Cafe Fiore every morning for coffee! Host was more than accommodating, very proactive, and easy to work with. Look forward to coming back in the future!

Convenience store a couple of doors down. Matthew, who greeted us was accommodating, friendly and helpful. kept in regular contact with us.

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

Our stay in SeaTac was very nice. The Airbnb Home was very clean and comfortable and cozy. The furnishings were very nice and there was a television in each bedroom, plenty of towels, blankets and extra pillows. Kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook for our three day stay as well as extras for coffee and drinks, I highly recommend and would book while visiting in the Seattle area again.

Valeria was wonderfully responsive. Our flight was delayed, SeaTac was a mess, and we didn’t get in until well after midnight. She was ready to buzz us in at the gate, despite the late hour, and incredibly understanding of everything. The lights and heat were on and so welcome after a stressful day of travel. She had even made certain the sheets were laundered with free and clear detergent (I have ridiculous allergies)! Fantastic stay, perfect location for what we needed. Would definitely book again.

Our stay at Tonias studio was great! Perfect space for a night on Bainbridge Island.

**Amazing City-View High-Rise Location ** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn't be more thrilled with my experience living in this stunning city-view high-rise apartment! From the moment we checked-in, was impressed by the open layout, modern finishes, and breathtaking panoramic views of the skyline. Whether it's watching the sunset or the city lights twinkling at night, the view never gets old. The apartment matches the photos with sleek appliances, ample natural light, and amenities. It’s perfect for both work and relaxation, offering plenty of room to spread out. What really made this place stand out, though, is that it’s *pet-friendly*. As a pet owner, finding a place that not only accepts but welcomes our fur babies was a game-changer. The building location is centralized to great coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and the nearby parks make walks a daily delight for both of us. Alissa is also incredibly responsive and friendly, making sure every need is met promptly.

The host was easy to deal with, the place was perfect, and exactly what we needed for our family. I’d recommend it to anyone!!! We really wanted to meet the dog but sadly, never saw him.

We had a wonderful Christmas get together at Joe's place and it couldn't have been more peaceful and quiet and it was exactly what we wanted! We were very happy we choose Joe's place and would definitely return again! Vashon island is a special place and Joe's stowaway is as well!

This place is great for those who will need to work from the house-- there's a dedicated desk in the living room with great lighting and outlets. The house is a little older but very well maintained. The backyard just looks unused; nothing abhorrent. One of the outlets in the master bedroom doesn't seem to work, but we got around it. We had a small unexpected issue with the door lock and, on a Sunday, Mish had someone out there to replace the lock within a couple hours (luckily we were in the AirBNB when the lock failed), and not only that, she sent a lovely gift by way of apology. Mish made everything we needed to do to check out and make our stay comfortable clear and concise in her messages; she was very quick to respond as well. If we ever need an AirBNB in this area, I'll be looking for this location.

Worth every penny, as pictured. This was the perfect place for a 2-week work trip! It had everything I needed to feel rested and recovered. Admittedly, I didn’t use the kitchen much beyond the coffee maker & microwave. I greatly appreciated having access to a washer & drier so I didn’t have to pack as heavily. Thank you! I would definitely stay here again as well as trust to rent a place from Cyrus again.

Perfect pocket of peace & quiet. This cottage is nestled in a beautiful garden, the instructions are clear, it was clinically clean and the decor is very Seattle, very cozy and tasteful. It’s exactly as described & as photos show - the hosts were WONDERFUL. Responsive, flexible, kind. We walked into a place that felt like home, perfect for a staycation. Also, the hosts are just plain cool - check out the little cupboard by the stairs for games, goodies, and gear 🌱. Don’t think about it - book. You won’t regret your stay at A&B’s AirB&B!

The stay was clean and cozy. The pictures were very accurate and and the check-in was a breeze, even though we checked in at about 11pm. Would highly recommend the pace!

This was a lovely stay with great amenities. Shannon was responsive and kind in her communication. The bathroom is unique in that it does have a spa feeling with the sauna, huge tub, spacious shower, and bidet.

A beautiful studio apartment in a detached carriage house/garage building. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings, about 5 minutes from Woodinville town center, and about 100 yards from a great walking, running and biking trail. My wife, the dog and I used the trail nearly every day. This large studio apartment was clean with a full kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, appliances and crockery. We especially liked the “welcome” bottle of wine and chocolate that Clair had waiting for us when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.
