Loft vacation rentals in Downtown Seattle

As other reviewers have said, the noise from the busy Madison Street is apparent. I am a deep sleeper, so this is no issue for me sleeping. However, when they’re during the day and you want to have the windows open, it’s pretty loud. The place is immaculate and in great shape. Host is incredibly responsive. My only gripe actually is there’s no central air. There is heat, but not a/c unless a portable a/c unit is hooked up for the summer. They offered to hook it up for me and I declined, thought the cooler weather would bring internal temp down— the unit is newer and so well insulated it stays at 72/73 degrees no matter what. If you appreciate that temperature, this place will be absolutely no problem for you, but I like to sleep with it colder. Again, they’ll have portable a/c hooked up for warmer months; I just caught them between seasons. I’m usually a windows open, enjoy the breeze person, and this unit just doesn’t allow for that. Overall 9/10 place considering all.

We loved this place. We stayed for a Seahawks game and it was so easy to get to the stadium on foot. There were so many awesome bars and restaurants near, that we now want to stay again so we can just have a good few days in that area. The place was super cool and gave that Seattle vibe we all know and love.

Arden's place was just as advertised. Great location in Capital Hill. Nice walkable neighborhood and safe. Lots of options for food and beverages within a few blocks. Clean as a whistle. Great amenities. Arden was an excellent host. Super communicative. The bed was comfortable. Because it was in a loft, there wasn't much head room, so if you are tall, it could be a bit tricky. Other than that the space is fantastic. I highly recommend Arden's place.

Easy process and good value for the amount of space!

This was a great AirBnb in a bustling area of downtown Redmond. The location is everything - right in the middle of parks, restaurants, coffee shops, and the Microsoft campus. I was traveling for work and appreciated the desk area in the loft. Check-in was easy. The apartment was very clean, which was appreciated, and had all the amenities one would need. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully when the weather is warm so I can take advantage of the outdoor patio! A few small suggestions: the furniture and decor are a bit worn down, with several of the lamps lopsided or fully broken. Also, a full-length mirror would be a lovely addition. Didn't impact my stay at all though 😊

Stayed here for a football game. Host was able to accommodate an early check in and was lightning quick with communication. Walkable to stadium as well as Pike Market. Would recommend & stay again.

The space is the same as in the pictures, it’s private and very comfortable. The beds and the place were clean. Only one detail, the bat mat was dirty and the towels had a musty smell, but these are details that can be improved next time. We had a great time.

Magic is a fantastic host and this stay was exactly what we were looking for. Magic was extremely quick to respond to it questions. Will certainly look to his listings when booking again.

What a great place to stay. The location was right in the heart of downtown Seattle, so getting around is easy enough. There were also lots of great food around if you are willing to walk or Uber Eats. Finding the entrance is super easy also, it’s right outside to the left of Kremwerk. Although there are some check-in problems (the keys were switched so we can’t get inside the right unit but Julia is generous to give us a discount after). The only thing to know is that on Friday till Sunday the clubs be going and holy the vibration were strong. I managed to stay as sleep for the whole Friday and Saturday night tho, lucky me. Overall, if you are young and have an energetic vibe this is one of the best place to stay around Seattle.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and provided clear explanations for everything. The room was clean and exactly as shown in the listing. I really appreciated the food recommendations and tips for places to visit in Seattle. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The loft is fantastic. The photos are very true to life. Vince is a great host. The only thing to be aware of on arrival is to make sure you have or get access to the LATCH app the HOA uses. The fob will open the garage and get you in via the elevator and the keys easily facilitate load in from the street parking. But, the LATCH app is a must to open key internal doors and use the elevator to get back to where you parked your car. So, pay careful attention to instructions about the app and your visit will be a dream.
