Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Downtown Seattle

Rebecca’s place was exactly what we’d hoped for and more. It accommodated all 13 of us amazingly. We had so much fun and had no complaints (which is hard to do with 13 friends in one place). It was a comfortable location with easy parking, and had a place for everyone who wanted to stay up late on a separate floor, and for anyone who wanted to get cozy early in the night. Such a fun and safe neighborhood. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. :)

Pejhman's house was wonderful. The amenities were great. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful and close to many restaurants. Definitely a place I will recommend to others and book the next time we are in town.

We thought the interior was updated and we enjoyed the space. We had everthing we needed and were happy to see small things like a kettle. The neighborhood is transitional, but near a great library and other amentities like a grocery store, a bubble teas shop and a coffee shop.

We stay in Bellevue/Kirkland area once a month and Diana’s place was a favorite. Super clean, comfortable beds, nice backyard with grill. Bathroom shower pressure was great. Very nice neighborhood. We felt right at home and safe. Thanks Diana and we look forward to staying again.

We stayed at Sarah and Kevin's place for two lovely spring nights. The house is adorable and exactly like the photos. Comfortable bed and couch ( we only used the primary bedroom) however for a larger group, the house has rooms for more. The foosball table and bean bags are sure to be a hit with younger crowd. The backyard is fully enclosed - nice for us traveling with our lab. The flowers were blooming. Nice outdoor seating. Wifi was great. Close to Bellevue/Issaquah/Seattle. Walkable to local grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. Would love to stay at Sarah and Kevin's next time we are in Seattle area for a few days. Perfect location!

Naili was an excellent host. Very responsive to all questions and inquiries. Very accommodating to me and my family and made our family Thanksgiving get together a reality with her beautiful home. The home is extremely gorgeous and very well kept with beautiful views and very peaceful. Everything was as advertised. I highly recommend staying at Nali’s house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Elizabeth's beautiful home. The check in process was smooth and easy, the home was well equipped, the coffee station was a hit and the best were so comfy! Everything was a quick 10-15 minute drive! We would definitely recommend this place to others 😀

Excellent stay, not too far from downtown.

Very nice space in a great location. Super comfy bed and hangout area and nicely designed. Quiet area but close to public transportation and walkable to a few fun bars and restaurants. Would recommend!

This was a wonderful experience. I was in Seattle for a work training and I really felt at home. Lisa and Steve were so thoughtful and in the Airbnb I access to pots and pans, nice dishes, delicious snacks and really phenomenal coffee. The shower was my favorite. It was a glass shower with Aveda products. The bed was absolutely incredible - high quality sheets and great mattress. I can't wait to stay here again.

Super amazing host!! Helped us out so much and had a very clean and nice place. It does get a little loud outside at night on the weekend but I would still stay there again next time I come.

Comfortable and clean. Good location. Although the hosts lived upstairs, they did not intrude, remaining available but considerate of our privacy.

Great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony. clean and tidy. loved the no shoes in the home rule. floors were cleaned and felt just like at home. one of the best clean and perfect airbnb I have booked. thank you ilita for hosting us while our home was being renovated. we will be back in the summer to make it our 3rd booking.

This location was perfect for Seattle sightseeing and attending a conference at the Seattle Convention Center. There was easy access to public transportation and many areas were within reasonable walking distance. Michael provided easy and clear instructions and was always responsive when needed. We felt right at home especially after a long day of walking or attending lectures. Thanks for a great time in Seattle!

This was a great home base when our teen daughter and I attended a nearby film festival. We each had our space- she in the bedroom, me on the LR futon ned which was firm and comfortable. Lyle was proactive checking in with us and dropping off the few items we didn’t find. He also helped us store luggage btw. checkout and when we headed to the airport which was very helpful. The walls are thin so we could hear a TV next door past quiet hours so bring earplugs if you’re sensitive. Overall we slept well and would definitely return. Thanks, Lyle.

Awesome spot right downtown. Very good security and nice amenities. We were in town for a show at Climate Pledge Arena and it was an easy walk. Walking distiance from Pike Place, Ferris wheel, other iconic Seattle spots. The space was cute with a comfy bed. Nice to have a pool and a hot tub and sauna right there. You need a key fob to get in, out, and anywhere in the building so if you need more than one make sure to ask in advance. Overall this was a great experience, thanks for having us!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Seattle with a brilliant location and excellent amenities. The condo is exactly as described, spacious and well appointed. It is a 5 minute walk to Pike Place market and has a lovely waterfront view. You are close to everything that Seattle has to offer, but the condo is also quiet and private. Bindu couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating, responding very quickly to any queries and offering some great restaurant/coffee recommendations. A great find and we’d love to return again one day - thank you Bindu!

My family and I (18 month toddler included) stayed at Susan's while I attended a work conference. It was a stone's throw from the convention center and in a very walkable area in general. So many great restaurants and attractions to walk to. The apartment itself was very clean, east to get to, very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Susan and Eddie were wonderful hosts. Probably one of the most communicative hosts I've had thus far on AirBnb. Their replies were super prompt and always helpful. They gave us restaurant recommendations which were delicious. I would highly highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Seattle! You won't regret it.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The proximity to the convention center was perfect for walking there every day for a convention. There were also many restaurants nearby within walking distance! Connie our host was also extremely kind and responsive. The only unfortunate thing was no onsite parking but that’s okay as we enjoyed everything else :)

Adrian's place was perfect for me while being here for practicals. It was nice, quiet, clean and organized. Would definitely recommend their place to others.
