The place was beautiful, with an amazing view from the rooftop. Everything was very modern inside, clean bathrooms, living room and bed. Definitely recommend and id love to go back 🙌🏻

The place was very clean and in a great location, which made it easier to access everything. The place manager was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. However, the WiFi was unstable at some times, which made it difficult to make calls. The nearby bars were quite noisy at night, so I would recommend bringing earplugs.

Alejandra was really responsive and answered all of our questions during our stay!

Great stay. Wonderful yard and hot tub and perfect for young kids too! Be aware that the yard looks out into the parking lot of the property behind (small building) including dumpster, and as the description says, property is on a busy street which means you hear all the traffic, sirens etc from hot tub and yard. Not an issue for us, would def stay again but helpful to know when booking.

This was the perfect place for my family of 7. It was a quiet neighborhood, beautiful view, and not too far from where we had plans for our trip. Our hosts were extremely quick at answering any questions and requests as well as very polite.

We had an amazing stay at Bruce’s place! He was an incredibly friendly and helpful host—he even surprised us with a bottle of wine and a huge crocodile floatie for the kids, which they loved. The house is an entertainer's dream, with a large pool (heated by the San Diego sun), 6-person hot tub, and outdoor sauna. The backyard has a beach-like sand area with a fire pit, plenty of seating, and an outdoor bar. Inside, the game room with a pool table and ping pong table kept us entertained, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking easy. Bruce lives on the property but we had complete privacy. The home is spacious, secure, and perfect for families or groups of friends. Highly recommend—thanks, Bruce!

we had a lovely time staying at Miguel's place. the house was very cute and comfortable and the back garden was super cute and great to sit and chat or drink your morning coffee. would absolutely stay again!

Great place to stay for a long weekend. It had everything that we needed. Though we didn’t have our dogs with us we loved how pet friendly the house was. If your furry friends are coming with you don’t hesitate to stay here. It was a 15 minute drive to most of the things that we wanted to see. The house can be a little difficult to find at night and the front gate was a bit tricky to open. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay

Sahar was very pleasant and responsive. She was able to accommodate an early check in for us, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed relaxing and site seeing at local areas. Close to lots of different attractions. Loved having a hot tub, grill and fire pit outside. Able to Sleep comfortably with multiple rooms and beds. Nice 3 full baths. Lots of space to enjoy at the property. The mattresses where comfortable. Would recommend.

Beautiful location, nice clean house, and Navid was responsive and kind. Location is very central has grocery stores and restaurants close by.

We could not have asked for a better place to visit during BBF. We were steps away from the venues as well as lots of local vendors and restaurants. Security was on top of it and we felt safe. The Airbnb was equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend. Samuel was very responsive and proactive. We hope to return in the future!

It was a great stay, upon arrival make sure you get in touch with Tyler because some of the details provided for how to check in aren’t current. For example the gate code has changed but it was quick fix and Tyler was there to help and answer questions fast! There is a space heater which helped a lot without having ac/heat. The balcony smoking area is nice and calming there are lots of stairs so be prepared for a walk. All in all Tyler was a wonderful host with a clean, safe unit I will definitely be staying here again if I return in the future 🙌🏾🙌🏾!

Overall it was a great stay. The unit was nice and clean, the bed was fairly soft, but comfortable. The bathroom and shower were very nice (give the hot water some time to get there -- it's a bit slow but works fine). I liked the location a lot, as it was just a block or two outside of the really noisy Gaslamp area, but still felt fairly safe and clean on the street. The unit feels very secure behind two security doors. It was fairly quiet at night and easy to sleep. And George was always responsive and helpful. Definitely recommended.

By far the best place in TJ! Would highly recommend. The place felt right at home and opens up to a beautiful view of the ocean. Extremely clean and easy to access. Will be staying here every time!

Very clean and cozy house. Comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. Beautiful backyard with a seating area and a charcoal grill. We cooked food on the grill every evening. Maricarmen is a very responsive and good hostess. She was always in touch. Answered all our questions quickly. We had a small problem with the garbage disposal and Maricarmen solved this problem very quickly. By mutual agreement, when we were not home, she replaced the garbage disposal with a new one and also washed our dishes. Just a wonderful woman! Thank her very much. We are grateful to her for her cozy home and her hospitality.
