Kathi was an amazing host. I was out there for a birthday get away and she baked me some cookies. : ) Kathi is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The place is clean, charming, and relaxing. The garden is beautiful and has a rejuvenating Zen vibe. Definitely will recommend!!

Elissa was very responsive, when we had run out of dish soap and some basic amenities we were able to receive it in a timely manner even though it was last second request. The airbnb was very clean and was accurate as listed.

A wonderful place! Had lots of amenities and there’s a lot of things to do around the neighborhood :) it’s a friendly and secure area. AirBnB was super clean and had a lot of amenities in the kitchen and bathroom! I felt right at home staying here, although I never met Gary he was always communicative on how to check in and check out! Thank you for the stay!!

The bathroom was very clean, nicely renovated and well supplied with toiletries. The light blue couch was very comfortable to sleep on, however I wish I had 2 sheets to cover the couch and one more sheet or a duvet for the blanket. The place was easy drive to anywhere we needed to go. The private parking spot was definitely a win! We loved the candles that we used. Thank you, Ashlyn!

I had a fantastic stay at this San Diego apartment! The space was very roomy and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen that included plenty of spices and everything I needed. The garden was absolutely beautiful, and the rooftop deck was the perfect spot to relax. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, with a laid-back and cozy home vibe. There are also a few great restaurants within walking distance, which was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Second time staying at one of Brent’s properties. Close to everything, safe and quiet location with easy parking. Comfortable bed and layout. Responsive and friendly communication. I’d definitely stay again.

We just finished a great family vacation in San Diego. Although the location was a little further than expected, it was well worth it. Great hosts, pro-active and very responsive. We spent a lot of time in the backyard and enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and barbecue in a great setting. Thank you Alexandra for a great weekend.

Bruce is an amazing host. very comfortable stay and very clean. Quick to answer any questions. he even had a guitar for my son to play. we loved the backyard and the pool table. Definitely would stay again

Great staying experience! We enjoyed our cozy night thanks to the large screen, which enabled us to watch Netflix movies together. The coffee machines are easy to use, and we enjoyed our refreshing morning thanks to the K-cup and ground coffee kindly provided by Miguel!!

I wanted to spend a few days relaxing with my family, and since it was my first time looking for accommodation, I was a bit stressed, not knowing exactly what criteria to consider. However, the choice turned out to be excellent. I found the perfect place that fully met our needs: a spacious house equipped with a jacuzzi, a barbecue, and a large garden in a quiet area. We had all the comfort we wanted and enjoyed a truly wonderful experience in a beautiful setting.”

Navid was an incredible host, and we loved our stay at his beautiful home! He provided many great tips and suggestions about dining and activities in the area. The calamari and avocado sandwich that he recommended from El Pescador Fish Market in La Jolla was fantastic! His house had everything we needed for an amazing stay! The kids loved having their own room with bunk beds, couch and TV to hang out in. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and a small dog to spread out! We all enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living with fantastic views and the beautiful pool and yard. The heated pool (heating was a little extra) and the jacuzzi were amazing! There was also a game room in the garage! The house was immaculate and beautifully appointed. Navid has done an incredible job to ensure you have everything to feel right at home. The lemon tree was also a big hit, and we enjoyed fresh lemonade! Navid’s house exceeded our expectations! We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back soon!

It is an amazing place downtown with nearby bars, restaurants, and activities. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations downtown with the expanded 2 unit space for our group to stay and not be cramped while in town for the weekend.

Overall it was a great stay. The unit was nice and clean, the bed was fairly soft, but comfortable. The bathroom and shower were very nice (give the hot water some time to get there -- it's a bit slow but works fine). I liked the location a lot, as it was just a block or two outside of the really noisy Gaslamp area, but still felt fairly safe and clean on the street. The unit feels very secure behind two security doors. It was fairly quiet at night and easy to sleep. And George was always responsive and helpful. Definitely recommended.

It was a great stay, upon arrival make sure you get in touch with Tyler because some of the details provided for how to check in aren’t current. For example the gate code has changed but it was quick fix and Tyler was there to help and answer questions fast! There is a space heater which helped a lot without having ac/heat. The balcony smoking area is nice and calming there are lots of stairs so be prepared for a walk. All in all Tyler was a wonderful host with a clean, safe unit I will definitely be staying here again if I return in the future 🙌🏾🙌🏾!

Very clean and cozy house. Comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. Beautiful backyard with a seating area and a charcoal grill. We cooked food on the grill every evening. Maricarmen is a very responsive and good hostess. She was always in touch. Answered all our questions quickly. We had a small problem with the garbage disposal and Maricarmen solved this problem very quickly. By mutual agreement, when we were not home, she replaced the garbage disposal with a new one and also washed our dishes. Just a wonderful woman! Thank her very much. We are grateful to her for her cozy home and her hospitality.
