Hotel vacation rentals in Downtown San Diego

Stayed here during SDCC for a couple days. Price was solid especially for comic con. The check in host was very nice and helpful. Overall I would say it was a typical lower budget hotel stay. Nothing fancy by any means but it got the job done for what I needed!

This airbnb was right in the heart of Gaslamp if you want a fun weekend getaway this is the best spot for it. The open living room and natural sunlight was great. Beds were super comfortable. The host was very responsive and answered the phone 100% of the time and very friendly. Would definitely book again.

This place is amazing. There are so many amenities to help you enjoy your vacation. We utilized the free beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards the hotel offers as well as the day passes to Loews. The beds are comfortable. The small kitchen area is perfects for snacks and light cooking. There was a great balcony. The staff was amazing there as well. The location is right where you want to be. Surrounded by great restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again!!!

Great location for a hostel, just a few steps from the beach! We’ll maintained as well and clean for a hostel! You’ll meet fun people, enjoy!

Super easy check in and out. Host was very responsive and accommodating, especially when one of the appliances was not working. Very convenient location and was a fairly equal distance from most of the major attractions near Downtown San Diego. Gaslamp district is fun but can be a bit lively, if you are not used to that sort of thing. Would recommend exploring the waterfront, Balboa Park and other areas outside as well.

This stay was wonderful!! We loved Gas Lamp area. There was so much to do whether it’s to eat great food, do some shopping, or enjoy live music at Land Grant! Everyone was very inviting and welcomed you in with a nice greeting. Very clean room and bathroom. No jacuzzi in this room like it was pictured, only a tub and shower but was very lovely.

This space is absolutely beautiful!!! The private garden is breathtaking. The garden had plenty of seating to sit back and relax. There were lights all over the yard for an enchanting effect. The rooms were charming. With retro memorabilia accents all over the space. The bathroom was stunning! A stone oversized bathtub that you could sit and lose track of all time!!! My family and I had a wonderful stay!!!!! Would definitely recommend to everyone and stay again.

I enjoyed staying at Hotel Narcissus! The facilities were such an interesting concept and there was clearly an attention to detail. It felt like such a unique place staying somewhere with so much character! The area was quiet and safe. There was plenty of street parking around. There were real roses in my room, and Benjamin offered to switch them out as I was nearing the end of my stay with fresh roses! Benjamin was a great host and very responsive to issues as they came up.

It was a nice stay. They were always attentive and we felt very safe and confident. They were also very kind and patient with my limited English skills😅, then people who spoke Spanish showed up, so everything was fine.

Loved staying here! The hostel was so cute and cozy. Definitely recommend!

Actually, everything was perfectly fine. Location was ok.. The only thing they need to improve is their communication skills. I have told the reception earlier that I aim to have a late check-out at 12pm and she said okay. However, during my check-out date, at 10am, the housekeeping staff awkwardly asked me again when I'll check-out..
