Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Raleigh

Loved this place! Very quiet, cozy and comfy while just a short walk from downtown restaurants and music venues. Matt and Nicole were great hosts and super helpful throughout my entire stay. If this lovely home is available, don't pass it up!

We had stayed here a few months ago and we were not disappointed. The place is perfect for a stay in Raleigh. It is a comfortable place,great bed and good shower. Very clean and neat. They even left use some coffee & tea,snacks and sparkling water.we know we will be back again.

A great place to stay and unwind. The environment was exactly how it is described. Well organized and comfortable. The hosts were proactive in their communication with me and very responsive.

Anytime that I am in Raleigh, I am making a concerted effort to stay at Valerie's Place. I was a mile or two from every destination that i was interested while in the city. The location was in a safe location, in a walkable area, and was extremely comfortable.
